The food is absolutely good. BUT you can’t ever get it. They close at 10 pm but I get there at 9:01 and they were sweeping talking about they are done taking any kind of orders including phone. She says the only thing they have are a COUPLE of 4 and 6 piece wing orders if we want to order. So I said no I wanted fish. I step outside RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WHERE I CAN SEE And only one man go in. In 30 seconds I say well I’ll go back for that. I come in and she’s taking his new order. He only orders something that need to be cooked because she gave him the 20 min wait. But she pretended he was a call in before 9pm. So as I come back in… She’s done with him and I say we will go ahead and buy those 4 and 6 prices pieces…. This liar says…. Oh we sold them already. HOW? you don’t take call ins after 9pm and this man just got a fresh order? I was literally sitting in the window making up my mind less than 1 min ago and the chicken gone? Just say you don’t want to serve me in particular. Don’t lie.

I will say that the wait time is sometimes a bit too long during busy hours of the day but the food is pretty good. All I have ever ordered is chicken wings or tenders with the honey sauce, and they’re both pretty good. I recommend this as either a lunch or dinner option. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is 30 minutes. Another issue this store has is not answering the phone to call the order in. If you’re like me and don’t wanna wait an additional time up at the establishment then you’ll call in ahead of time… No… Sometimes they don’t answer. Great food but customer service needs some help. The 6 piece tender or 6 piece wing comes with fries costing about $11.

This place has the best honey sauce this is the only thing I’d buy from them the chicken is not as good as when they first opened up but a year or so later I was disappointed with the chicken; the food is expensive, the fries are undercooked and I give them a 2 and a half star because they did not keep what they started in the beginning consistent. I will try them one more time in a few more months and hopefully, I can give them a better review next time; but until then I am a bit disappointed they must be able to take care of their customers at all times and be consistent.

Ordered large livers last Wednesday (June 7) and after paying the lady I formed me they were our of livers. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have one they only issue credits. I returned Thursday with my credit in hand and again ordered livers and was told they didn’t have any livers, come back Friday. Due to personal reasons I have not been able to return, called today, June 17 and still no livers. What kind of restaurant does not refund a purchase? How long am I supposed to chase livers? They will NEVER get my business again.

When you walk in it smells delicious however the wait for chicken was 45 minutes. My son had told me the food was very good but I refuse to wait that long. It may be best if you order ahead. I will try again to taste this good smelling chicken.
