I’ve only been to Honeygrow once before this, so this visit was an important reminder that I need to visit more often. All of the staff members I interacted with were pleasant & friendly. I was able to easily place my order on the kiosk and it was ready in a few short minutes. The stir fry I ordered was absolutely delicious. Well done and best of luck to this new location

I was excited to try Honeygrow again and overall, I was disappointed. On the plus side, the food was tasty. On the downside, the portion is relatively small (1 cup brown rice, a garnish worth of veggies, ok amount of small shrimp) and unless you are doubling up on protein and having a ton of sauce it’s really not enough calories for dinner and at $13+ without any extras (but with tip), it’s not a dinner option for me. Like others, I had something missing from my order (cilantro). Also like others, it took a longish time to get my meal. 15+ minutes seems like a long time to wait (it was after 8 pm). I also liked the zucchini noodles they used to have at other locations. Now your veggie base option is kale. I’m sure this is a cost saving measure and kale is healthy, but it’s a disappointing substitute.

Honestly, I think the whole staff is on drugs every time somehow they get my order wrong and I have to come back ending up costing me traveling expenses. I have contacted support multiple times through email and no response and I’m only seeing this at this location. No other location has messed my order up so many times. Still waiting on a response from customer service for my refund but it seems like nobody cares at this point for as long as I’ve been waiting for a response.

I waited 25 minutes for a salad and a honeybar. Yes it was busy but I didn’t see one customer eating food, everyone was waiting. The price of the honeybar went up, like seriously now we have to pay 50 cents for whipped cream?! The worst part is the quality of the honeybar I received. I paid $7 for this, there is barely any whipped cream. The quality is far substandard at the Ardmore Honeygrow compared to the Bala Cynwyd Honeygrow. At Bala they fill up the cup and give you your monies worth! Can’t believe I paid $7 for this, next time I’ll go to the store and make it myself.
