Arrived around 7pm on a Saturday evening without reservation and was told a 20 minute wait. We say outside waiting and people watching. The service was ok considering how busy they were. The food comes on small plates with the intention of sharing. To me the portions were too small to even consider sharing. The food is good, but the portions are too small for the priceb they charge.

We had been planning a trip to honey road for a while. We made a reservation more than a week before. It seems to be at capacity during most of their operating hours. The restaurant decor was incredible. The style of the furniture and lighting was gorgeous and made for a relaxing setting. We ordered 4 items for 2 people. The first thing that came out was the tahini hummus and it was incredibly flavorful and smooth. I thought how amazing can hummus actually get? It’s so simple. But turns out the chefs at Honey Road have hummus perfected with a great balance of oil, Tahiti, chickpeas and blended in a way that makes it smooth and light. Can’t go wrong ordering it as a starter! We received the Baba Ganoush with pickled cauliflower next and it was incredible. We had warm toasted pita to enjoy the Baba with. It was delicious and elegantly crafted. It was the smoothest Baba Ganoush I have had and the cauliflower was mind blowing. The next item was the Leb Lebi – spiced fried chickpeas. These were very crispy and without being too hard or crunchy. The spices were out of this world. This was the smallest of the 4 items we ordered but also one of the cheapest on the menu. We also ordered the Sweet Harissa chicken wings which had a sweet Barbecue style sauce that was like no chicken wing I have ever eaten. I eat almost entirely vegetarian but made the exception at Honey Road as I had heard great things about several dishes. Lastly I’ll mention we got two cocktails that were both exquisite (I got the Luna). I grew up in a middle eastern household and I tried to be as critical as I could with Honey Road but they left me in awe. The dishes are on the expensive side for the size they are but I think the food and experience was beyond worth it. Amazingly well run restaurant with a menu you could never get bored of. We will be returning here for our next big dinner date!

Upon arriving, the hostess told us there were no tables unless we were okay with sitting outside. We were, and after a couple minute wait we were seated. This food was really really good. Warm and comforting.

The Baba Ganush and pita were amazing, the rest…I was not a fan. I tried the wings and the lamb sandwich and asparagus. $80 for 3 relatively small plate and an appetizer is a bit much, I expected to be blown away but was underwhelmed.

Absolute food art! Unique Mediterranean cuisine to Burlington. Best Hummus and pita bread I ever tasted. Must try the grilled octopus. The lamb chops were braised to perfection. No food experience is cheap these days so the challenge is to experience the best meal for the money. Honey Road will give just that!

Came out for a birthday dinner with my girlfriend and had the most delicious food and friendly service. Everything from the hummus to the ginger lemon tart special. Monday night was busy! Make a reservation.

Overall, this was a great experience. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and professional. It was a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed sharing a variety of small plates. I would have rated 5 stars but when the server asked initially if any dietary restrictions, i advised that i do not eat meat. However, they failed to announce the dish that was for my sister was lamb !! A big oversight

Food was phenomenal. Loved that the small plates came out as they were prepared, so you had a chance to enjoy each dish. Nothing was rushed. Service was exceptional. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food.

The food, service, and vibes are all incredible. We ordered spanakopita, baba ganoosh, falafel, mushroom mussakan, baklava, and zaatar garlic knot. The spanakopita is a must! Everything is fresh and packed with flavor.
