You must try the House Special Spicy Noodle if you like spicy food. And don’t miss the dessert of shaving icee silky tofu and some other toppings.

Visited the first time in December on a rainy day. The crispy fried chicken katsu was recommended by a friend and I really love it! It was crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy inside. The durian pudding was also really good, had a strong (not artificial) durian fruit flavour for a durian fruit lover like myself. The rice noodle was okay but I do like that it has many toppings like tofu bean curd, a quail egg, peanuts, beef tendons, flanks and tripe and a few leafy greens. Over all good experience. Not many people in the cafe probably because of the weather but did see quite some deliveries during my time there.

We got the Taiwanese style fried chicken and pork rice plus the spicy beef rice noodle soup. The rice was very authentic and reminded me of restaurants in Taiwan! We got the noodle soup in regular spice, but it was a tad bit spicy even for my friend that regularly eats shin ramen. I would suggest getting small/mild spice if you’re not super confident in your spice tolerance.

Good place to get some Taiwan cuisine. The rice and noodle dishes are good! I like the ‘durian tofu pudding’ the most! You can get a rich flavor of durian and then the almond pudding is so smooth and tasty.

I came here the other night and the food was good. However the way how they put all the food was not properly done. All the pudding and fruit they put in the outside fridge and when I ordered my pudding, the lady came out and grab a frozen fruit put in on the top. Which it shocked me somehow. But the food was good, other than the pudding upset my stomach. Will take a look at the store in the future

Stepping into the compact but whimsically decorated interior, you’ll be greeted by fairy lights strung across the walls and ample indoor seating. There is also limited outdoor seating on the patio. Staff were very friendly and recommended the handmade purple yam with herbal jelly and boba when I asked about their specialty desserts. (The photos of pudding and jelly drew me in – it’s quite rare to find such a shop locally!) I ordered take-out and did not wait long (<15 min) before my dessert was ready. $8 got me a container lined with herbal jelly and delicately arranged boba pearls, unsweetened red beans, with those bouncy, chewy housemade taro and sweet potato balls. It was just the right amount of sweetness (richer with the added creamer) and I especially enjoyed dunking the sweet potato balls into the syrup.

The food here was soooooo good! I went with my friends today and we ordered the Juicy Chicken Cutlet w/ Braised Pork Rice, Popcorn chicken w/ White Rice, and Steamed Dumplings. Words cannot describe how happy I was with both the food and the service. The employees are very nice and care about their customer’s experience at their restaurant. I will definitely be coming again!! 🙂

We went on a Saturday night and it was busy but worth the wait. One of the ladies (who I am assuming was the owner) checked in on us and made sure we were okay. She was super sweet and the girls working there were as well. My boyfriend and I are all the way from Elk Grove but will be sure to be stopping by to try more of their drinks and food! Pictured below was their Taiwanese style pork rice with sausage and soup! Highly recommend both of them!

Love this place, whether I want a drink, a snack, or a full meal. Today I placed an online order and immediately received a callback with the staff explaining that they ran out of something I ordered. She suggested an equivalent menu item (because I had already paid the money) and, as an apology, included a complimentary drink when I picked up my order. It was a very nice surprise 🙂
