Had a group of 7 including a couple kids. They were extremely accommodating. The service, food, and atmosphere was great. They have a large selection on the menu and everyone enjoyed their entree and we all enjoyed a couple appetizers! I would easily recommend this place for any such occasion! Family get together, friends meeting up, or date night. Good stuff, good prices!

My new happy place! It’s cozy and relaxed with log cabin walls and pictures of Abraham Lincoln everywhere. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The menu is eclectic and massive!!! Super inventive and unique options. I had the beer cheese soup and sailor burger ( burger with spinach artichoke dip on top) and waffle fries. My husband had the goat cheese bacon burger and macaroni and cheese! I tried several mixed drinks and those too were fun and inspired such as the martini with vodka and Chambord and hubbs had a Captain Morgan with sour apple schnapps and Sprite that he loved. Our waitress was awesome and I could see everyone having just a really good time there. I watched several parties leave and they were all smiling! As was I!!! My favorite thing is the popcorn machine they have set up! So yummy and quaint! Just go!!!! It’s a special happy place! Very reasonable prices too!

I am in love with this place. Burgers 10/10, Mac and cheese 10/10, staff 10/10. I loved our waiter Matt, he was extremely nice and recommended amazing food. Also got me to try the cake they were serving and it was a delicious milk and cookies cake. YUMMY

Headed to Hoest Abe’s on a Sunday and was not disappointed. The special was a Bloody Mary for $5 and it was very tasty!! My wife and I ordered a couple of burgers and they were great!! Only issue was my tator tots were a little over done bit everything else was perfect!! We will be coming back here again!!

Abe’s us always good eats. If you are really hungry, try the horseshoe. The Mac n cheese is always a good choice. Today was a hoagie-complete yum! Good variety of beers that change regularly. Grabbed my first October fest this year-thank you Sam Adam’s! If you are running through Morris, Abes is a nice stop.

Usually take-out for work lunches, without notice they implemented a ‘Carry Out’ fee which turned us away from ordering. Food is okay – on par with Carson’s down the road. Several months worth of ordering and almost every medium-rare burger has came out a variety of done/medium/medium rare. So very inconsistent. Ordered variety of fish-based items and it’s mostly breading.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Took over 45 minutes to get our food and when it FIBALLY came, the Buffalo Mac and cheese had no cheese. The BLT I ordered with an egg had no mayo, no egg, my father in laws poor bot was ordered loaded and it came plain. All of our food came out cold and all we got was “Sorry we only have 2 Cooks.” Vibe came off like “too bad, so sad”. Then their attempt to fix our order came to them bringing us a cooked egg and the “loaded” portion of my father in laws sandwich! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and I will NEVER be coming here again!
