We ordered three dishes, they were good, but none of them really wowed us. The fish-flavored pork wasn’t really fish flavored, the squid dish was 80% onions, 15% squid, and 5% peppercorns. An insane amount of peppercorns. I actually hurt my tooth on one that I didn’t see. The duck in iron pot was extremely boney. It contained several pieces of backbone that had no edible meat, and much of the edible meat had tiny shards of bone in it that I had to continuously pick out of my mouth.

Five stars for having authentic sit down Chinese food options. The pork spare ribs and eggplant had great flavor. The fried pumpkin was a nice side dish that brought texture to our family style meal but would be bland if ordered separately. My only negative comment would be the lobster dish portion was only enough for each person to have a couple of pieces (party of 4 adults). Overall great meal and will be back to try and post other dishes.

As an American who has lived in China, I’ll say this is a close to authentic Chinese food as you’ll get. It’s my favorite place to eat bar none. I live 45 minutes away, and that is nothing for me to come here two to three times a month. I have tried almost everything on the menu, and if I start on individual items, I could be here for a long time. So I’ll just give my favorite, and that’s the sliced pig ears. If I’m in town and I don’t have time to stay I get this little appetizer to go with an order of plane rice. It hits the spot every time.

Me and my daughter came to Greensboro from Dallas where there is a lot of great Chinese food. But since we were missing some good Chinese food, we decided to give this place a try since we saw some traditional Chinese dishes on the menu. We went there at 6 pm and we were the only customers so we were a little worried. But when the food came out it was delicious and authentic. The dishes are even better than what I’ve had in Dallas. Would definitely recommend coming here if you’re craving some good Chinese food. Also the service was exceptional and the restaurant was very clean.

I haven’t had decent actual Chinese food since I moved to Greensboro 2 years ago. This isn’t like other “Chinese” food place where they only have general tso or orange. Its truly Chinese cuisine and I love it and missed it so much!!! Food was awesome and definitely worth it! The waiter was very nice. Definitely will bring my family here to eat as well! And I love the decoration!

The two dishes I tried tasted not too bad but also not too impressed. They used minced garlic/ginger instead of the ones freshly chopped. First time I experienced restaurant used these and it did impact flavor and taste. Personally disappointed as this would be a waste of money to me
