HomeTown Korean Restaurant is located inside the H Mart building where the food court is. We’ve been here multiple times, and this time we got different things. We ordered the Jjolmyun (wheat noodles served chilled in a spicy, sweet and sour sauce with vegetables) and Kalguksu Noodle Soup (knife-cut wheat flour noodles with seafood broth). The Jjolmyun noodles were chewy and it was the perfect refreshing meal for warm weather. The Kalguksu Noodle Soup was starchy and delicious, it came with potatoes, clams, and vegetables. Come early in the morning to avoid crowd. We always come at 11am to avoid crowd.

The rice cakes were undercooked, and they were missing half of the stuff it usually comes with, only one egg, no fish cake and no seeds. Prices went up, it used to be $16 now almost $20. I loved coming here but it was such a disappointment and when I addressed the problem to the lady she just said I have to ask for these items next time when I never had to ask for them. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This place has some pretty good yuk gae jang for $10. You’ll get a little bit of sides, like kimchi, but a big bowl of soup. The food quality is definitely better than I expected for a food court. Curious to try other dishes of theirs, will likely come back in the near future.

I found some of my favorite Korean food in the Puget Sound here! The food is excellent and service is very friendly and prompt too. I got & enjoyed the kimbap and japchae bap – both excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu.

A decent spot for Korean food, but if you’re looking for tofu soup, go across to I luv tofu. They didn’t include an egg in the tofu soup, and it was super spicy. The service was polite, and the prices were okay.

One of my favorite spots to eat. Kids love the fried dumplings and the bimipap is pretty delicious as well. Kids like the bulgolgi beef and rice.

Bad experience! This is not authentic omurice… not correct texture of omurice! And definite not up to my expectation for $15
