Pulled pork was under cooked. No one could taste the smoke on any of it. Don’t think it was smoked. There was large pieces of fat and very hard to chew. When we picked it up it was not hot. Very over priced for what we got. Fifteen pounds cost us $ 237.00.

First time ordering from yall and I’m just gonna say this one time!! You guys rock!! From the cooks down to the counter help we’ve been around the block when it comes to barbecue and many claim to be great but you guys knocked it out of the park!! My husband that lived in Texas with many of the best barbecue places around most of his life… said thumbs up!!!! We got the 3 meat with the potato salad which was is own greatness and the corn bread and brownies were also fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be back and the best thing is you only 10 min from us. This place is CASH ONLY! Not that this is a huge issue but for the passers by who are driving through town this is vital information. Besides that it was a wonderful experience. Huge portions and low prices. This place is a slice of Americana, some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Not a ton of places to sit but most people are taking the food out. The staff was personable and friendly and on a first name basis with a few people who came in while I was eating. I highly recommend stopping here for not just the food but a good old fashioned BBQ experience.

Fantastic!! I got the family special comes with two 1/2 chickens, full rack of ribs,3 side dishes of your choosing, however they ran out of a lot of side dishes so I got double Mac n cheese and baked beans. Both the chicken and ribs were tender and juicy perfectly cooked. The staff was awesome and did a great job making sure the line kept moving and everyone’s order was correct. I highly recommend Homeboy BBQ!

We stopped in a little late and they were sold out of their meats, a testament to how delicious this place is!! They could have sent us away but the owner (I think) invited us in and gave us free sides. Great food and genuine people, you can’t really beat that!
