I cannot justify eating out very often but if I do, I treat myself to a burrito here. This is often a reward for surviving yet another semester in grad school. My only wish is that the jalapenos would be fresh, not pickled. I hate that everybody uses pickled hot peppers! They lose the taste and up the sodium through the roof. I’ve taken out-of-town guests here as long as Rudy is open for business on that particular day.
