Love love this place today was my first time here and let me say everything was amazing. My server was very attentive and was on point the moment we got to the table. The food was delicious and the drinks were super good. The atmosphere was super chill and the decor is so beautiful.

We had the most amazing experience. Robin our server was great, she gave exceptional service. Our busser, I did not catch his name, went above and beyond and was truly amazing. The service was what really took the cake. The food I have to be honest was ok at best. The steaks are kinda bland some of the food was barely warm almost cold and the lobster was super hard and tough and chewy. The 5 stars are for the service, sometimes it’s not all about the food, and in this case wasn’t at all. It’s hard to get good service nowadays so this was a treat just for that!!

Charming and unique brunch spot in Fort Lauderdale, Hollyblue is definitely worth checking out! The restaurant is located in a beautifully restored 100-year-old church, and the outdoor veranda is vibrant and airy, making it a lovely setting for brunch. Brunch is served on Sundays from 11-3pm.

Thank you Emily and Amanda for reminding us what stellar hospitality is supposed to feel like. We arrived for Happy Hour on Saturday and were immediately, and enthusiastically greeted by both bartenders. Drink and food specials were pointed out and highlighted by Amanda. Service was friendly and upbeat with drinks and bites coming out in great time. As new patrons, first impressions are paramount and Holly Blue is on point with their team, atmosphere, service, scene and F&B. We will definitely come back and try brunch. This place is another Fort Lauderdale gem!

I choose this venue by chance for my graduation dinner just based on the name and reviews. It did not disappoint! The vibe was intimate and fun, like a personal dance hall at a dinner table. The service was lovely in nature though a little inattive – nothing drastic and very reasonable (I am demanding so that plays in). The beef tartar and the pork belly appetizers were exceptional. The outdoor seating looked very pretty from the safety of air conditioning. When this oppressive humidity subsides we will return!

Holy Beautiful Dinner in FTL Chris Botti @ Parker Playhouse needed an equally impressive pre-dinner and Holly Blue did not disappoint. The scene reminds me of a cross between Le Sirenuse in Miami and Le Rocco Forte in Rome. Muted tropical pinks & greens, comfy velvets & linens enveloped us. Craft cocktails are the freshest, purest & finest. We had the champagne poetry where you scan the code to reveal a poem….refreshing & romantic. Don the sever recommended apps of tiradito (reminiscent of one omakase course), house made ricotta & jam like Nona made with love❤️ Entrees consisted of truffle mushroom risotto (perfectly presented & prepared) along with braised beef short rib served over mashed potatoes (fork tender, lip smacking & hearty). It’s always really exciting and satisfying when we’re AWED & WOWED by a dinner experience. Thank you Chef Jessie Steele & team for a stellar evening.
