Food was great! Margarita was great! Service left something to be desired. I was dining alone that night and placed at the bar. Even though I was sitting right in front of the place where all drinks are made, it took 10+ minutes to order my drink, another 10 to get it ( I do realize they were busy, but I was ready to order it when sat but was ignored after having menus placed in front of me). After ordering and receiving my food I was basically left alone until I asked for the check. I watched as the waiters engaged with people all around me. Maybe if you’re a regular or in a large group your service is better? If

Wow! Wow! Wow! I don’t know what ” Hola! Nouveau Mexican-Peruvian Cuisine” is, but this was amazing. From the chips (tortilla/potato) with green sauce and superb salsa, to the carne azada, tacos and enchilada, everything was fabulous. Great service, warm atmosphere and an offer of dessert I just didn’t have room for, but I will be back to try next time. Thank you Rogelio!

This place is legit, very tasty and great service! I got the wet burrito with beans and rice. The price wasn’t too expensive, and the quality of food was great. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I think there are other places that are a little better, and the beans seemed a little runny and the rice was not the typical Spanish rice that I like to get. But I still recommend checking it out. Exceptional service too!

Food was good, but charging $26 for the smallest piece of carne asada I’ve been served is crazy, price for skirt steak is 10-14$ a pound to get maybe a quarter of a pound. Only comes with rice and beans, and a spoon full of guac. Highway robbery if you ask me.

Amazingly efficient and professional chef. The food and drinks are phenomenal, the staff charming and freindlly. One of my favorite places in Central Oregon.

This has been one of the most personalized restaurant experiences I have ever encountered. The gentleman that was helping me, handed over my menu and I carefully read over every word on each dish. TWICE!

Popped in while my car was getting serviced. Got a super mango margarita and the tequila tacos. Had a great time! Very much worth checking out.

This is our favorite restaurant. The people are nice, the drinks are amazing and the food is phenomenal. The simmered pork, the seared ahi tuna, the flaming bananas…everything is perfection. We live 3 hours from Bend but we make sure Hola is in our plans every time we come. Don’t be shy about ordering from the Peruvian portion of the menu. You won’t get this kind of meal anywhere else.

Seemed overpriced. Small grey hair in the green sauce. $20 Halibut tacos fell apart. Should have just gotten the Pedro’s bowl with fish. One tiny chunk of mango in the fish taco topping….One. Sat outside with a view of the dumpsters. Nice waiters. Good halibut.
