Great food and even better service. Clean and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to return again. We have tried several ramen bowls, all delicious and fresh. The spicy ones definitely pack on the heat. Tried the Kani salad and potstickers this time, both very good. Steak sushi was interesting and tasty but not the kind of sushi I usually go for. Their specialty drinks are tasty and packed with flavor. A great addition to this area and would highly recommend a visit.

The place is a bit small but very cute. You get a choice of sitting at a table or the bar. The boba is amazing. Art work is cool. Me and my friend both got the spicy ramen and it was great. Felt endless every time we thought we were don’t there would be more noodles in the bottom of the broth. We didn’t finish the sushi so we took it home. Still tasted good later.

self-motivated highly anticipated
My family and I visited here on a whim and was presently surprised at how good the ramen was compared to other places I’ve visited. The food was delicious, the service was quick enough my wife didn’t get impatient and the atmosphere is pretty nice as well. Definitely will return again!

Ashley was a generous server who took amazing care with us. My friend does not speak very good English and, Ashley was patient and answered all of her questions and gave recommendations. We had gluten free and chicken rich and it was amazing! Clean, inviting and delicious

Terrible attitude from the moment we walked in the door. Multiple people reminded me that they closed in 45 minutes. They then sat me and the server stood at the table until we ordered. As soon as we ordered they brought the check wothout being asked. I asked for EXTRA SPICY RAMEN and they gave me bland un spiced ramen with a ramikan of chili paste saying “you can decide how spicy” i wanted the chilli paste cooked into broth not raw like ketchup. My pork was 95% fat. Absolutely terrible experience. If you dont want to work on a holiday then close. On top of all that, one who appeared to be a manager sat at the bar drinking a beer after rushing us to order and scoffing at our sake order. I would hope management or ownership has the courage to respond to this mediocre experince!

This is everything Ramen needs to be. Warm, comforting, complex flavors that leave you coming back for more. I had the Spicy Beef Ramen, my husband had the Spicy Limon. Both were layered with fresh ingredients, spices and broth so good it got me in the feels. The ramen here is flat out exceptional & delicious.The service we received was amazing too. Staff is super nice. I can’t express how happy I am to have a noodle house in Lexington. I usually drive to Columbia, but there is no need now. We will be back!

Oh yes there’s no fake news here… Hokkaido Ramen did not disappoint! I have been craving “real” ramen (like the kind in Asia) I love the one we have in downtown Columbia but I wanted to try a different place… and *tears* it’s finally here! All of the food was served nicely, hot, and it was all delicious – I love their tantanmen ramen (one of their recommendations) and their takoyaki is the best Our server was also great and took good care of us! We also tried their boba tea (not pictured) it was just a little too sweet but still good. This one is close to authentic! It’s like a little bit taste of home and I will definitely come back for more bowls of ramen (lol)
