It was pretty good food wise. The portions for the price are alright and I got my fill and I’m a relatively big guy. The potato salad is great and the sweet sauce is fantastic. The mac n cheese is a little weird but not terrible.

This is a fantastic choice for BBQ – the meats were great, with honest flavor on their own and good sauces for variety if you want. The sides we had ranged from “pretty good” to “great!” The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were fair too – it isn’t cheap, but I felt like we absolutely got our money’s worth (unlike with some other BBQ places). Hogzilla is definitely on our list, and we will be back next time we are in town.

This place is amazing! I can’t say enough on how good the mac n cheese, potatoes, and the meat. Side dishes had the same care and detail as the main dish. Beef brisket sandwich didn’t need any sauce and it was incredible. Tender, great flavor, bread choice was soft but held up strong with some sauce added (just a little of the normal). Truly a gem in the city. Also offered military discount so my guys spent a bit more for the mixed drinks and such. Wish he was local in WI…..

Staff was very friendly, place smelled great. Got a family pack, the brisket was a little dry, the beans were kinda hard, and the Mac and cheese was soggy. All of it tasted good, just a little different than I expected. Definitely will try it out again, today was my first experience there.
