My husband and I love dining at this restaurant. We get our sushi fix here about once a week. We’re from California & have tried various sushi restaurants all along the west coast. Ho Sushi Bistro literally serves the best sushi in the PNW. The owner is very creative (see pics) & his wife is very hospitable. They both know high quality food & service. We’ve taken everyone we know who loves sushi here, whether it’s lunch or dinner, and its always a good time.

This place is more intended as a bar, so the ambiance is dark, but they have booths, which was kindda nice. We always try chirashi bowl when we go to a sushi place. The chirashi was standard in our opinion. Did not have as many variety of fish. We also ordered the sushi bento and we thought it was a good deal. Overall everything tasted good and fresh. Will come back for the bento.

Dragon eggs were really awesome and must try for this place . Jalapeño poppers were spicy and crunchy . California roll , Las Vegas sushi were too good . They are were artistic in presentation. Premium rolls are must try options. Lot of veggie and non veg rolls available . I liked lobster roll . It is very affordable place . Service was very quick and staff were friendly

We both had the Chicken Katsu Bento/spicy tuna roll + shared a dragon roll. The tempura that came with the bento was perfect, nice and lightly battered. The coating on the Chicken Katsu was also perfect, not overcooked and the chicken was tender. Service was very pleasant and we got our food real quick. Our visit was on Sunday @ 5:00

Don’t know how there isn’t a line everyday at this spot. Ordered three times now have zoned in on some faves and surprises. Nice dim lighting perfect for a sushi date. I did spend a nice shiny pennie but worth every drop. Chef thank you.
