We had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! We booked a private room for our dinner, and it was a delightful treat. The food was exceptional, especially the seafood selection—king crab, lobster, scallops, and everything was incredibly delicious. The flavors were top-notch, and each dish was a true culinary delight.

Great view to the SFO airport runways. Decent food. Nice crispy Peking Duck. Nice sweeten red bean soup dessert. Service was fast, efficient & prompt.

Mear flavors n selection are actually pretty good. The option of grill and hot pot is great on these cold nights. Everything is seasoned well without being too salty like some places. This view outside of the peninsula is always nice. Too bad the service here requires multiple times being told what we ordered, refill on drinks, even getting the bill. The staff does not seem to communicate even though they use headsets, one would take our request and disappear then another worker would show up asking if we’ve been helped, only for the 1st to forget about us all together. Tiresome.

This new hotpot spot is located right next to the original HL Peninsula location, so make sure you get to the building to the left when you get there. Parking here gets tough since it gets so busy and they have a few dozen tables inside. They did a great job building this place and the views are really great. The max sized table we saw was 8 people, so if you have more than that you may need multiple tables. This is an individual pot service instead of a group sharing one so everyone gets their own broth in front of them. Their food is great, but portion sizes are small, especially with prices being so high on top of the 18% fee that gets added in before tax (which shouldn’t be the case). They’re all about presentation here which is really.cool, but I’d trade a glowing platter for a few more pieces of meat for sure.

Came here with a reservation to try this new spot out and was not as impressed as I thought I’d be. Ample parking in the lots and once inside there’s a lot of opened tables. They had a fancy robot serving alcohol behind the bar but definitely more gimmicky since my friends werent able to choose the beer their wanted.

We reserved a private room for New Year’s Day. Dim sum and hot pot was delicious. My only complaint was how hard it was to get service sometimes. Next time I go back, I would sit in the main restaurant.

Ridiculous service experience. Five of us with three ordering a hot pot base from the standard hot pot menu, friend and I decide to order a mushroom soup base for two on a separate special menu. Also ordered a coconut beverage. The special soup base doesn’t exist and they ran out of the beverage, but these weren’t informed to us AT ALL. We waited for 30min until all of other soup bases are served and heated, then caught one servant to ask, who said this base doesn’t exist. He also left right after answering this question so we have to wait for another 15min to randomly catch another servant to ask and then got told no coconut beverage, left my friend stayed Thursday for almost an hour. Also ordered fresh made shrimp balls from the hot pot menu. FYI the Chinese title on the menu meant it’s shrimp balls wrapped within a fungus, so we expected that, ordering another portion of the fungus itself as we like it. When the shrimp balls were served there was not fungus, so we asked the waitress who served, who said we’re supposed to wrap the shrimp ball within the fungus ourselves. We later asked another waiter, who said the only item is shrimp ball itself no mentioning about the fungus. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE. All servants are just dashing around up to something but never served fast enough or care to answer your questions. Even took our 15min to finally get someone to pick up our credit card to pay. Would never come back again – totally not worth the money we paid.

We absolutely had a blast! This was our first experience at this type of establishment, but everyone was very nice and accommodating and patient. Wonderful staff, clean facility, incredible ambiance, delicious food and a very enjoyable experience! Worth every penny!

Service slow but courteous. It’s a hot pot place but I had items off the limited a la carte menu which were both good: the truffle seafood fried rice and braised lettuce in fermented soy bean sauce.

Overall, the physical location is good, its the options that are unfortunate. The same restaurant is next door. This is the former Elephant Bar which offered some welcome variety in the area. It seems Elephant Bar closed and this place took over but instead of offering a different type of fare, they really seem to have just monopolized the immediate area within this hotel zone. Save your money, see if you can get any decent food at one of the hotels, at least you can get loyalty points if you’re staying.
