Small, cozy place. I got a bento box that was ready to go and some spam musubi. The meat in the bento box was delicious! I really liked how the bento boxes were already created. I think you can get custom orders, but I like the grab and go option.

Usually the service is quick today the guy behind the counter never even acknowledge that I was there like 7 minutes then one guy when come in grab one bento cut right in front of me he had to wait too but da worker never even say he busy or thanks for waiting. Anyways, praise God I just left and ate Chinese food. Guess dey no need da business. I work in customer service and that was very poor service. Usually get girls and they’re on it the guy idk. Sorry never have chance to rate the food.

Food is too greasy. Got me a bento for lunch. The chicken that was in the bento was so dried out. Seems like it’s been cooked over and over. Super dry and hard like rock. Won’t be going there again. I often wonder how those old men can eat this horrible food soaked in grease. I don’t recommend this place.

They serve large portions. For me, a plate lunch is enough for two meals but I’m not complaining. I usually order pork blood and pinakbet whenever I’m in Hilo. Winning combination!!
