Read a stellar review before coming here and Hiroki did not disappoint!! I eat omakase on a fairly frequent basis and I have never had a meal like this. The fish selection was unique and the order of the omakase was beautifully thought out. The fish itself was beautifully seasoned without too much fuss — the chefs really let the freshness of the fish and the unique flavors and textures speak for themselves. The service and atmosphere were impeccable!! An overall phenomenal experience and we can’t wait to go back!

What a treat to sit at the sushi bar and watch Hiroki in action. The fish was super fresh, presentation beautiful and really enjoyed everything – favorites were uni-gyu, toro hand roll, sakura masu and anago!

A wonderful experience. My wife and I had a really special experience trying all the different dishes and sushi. A lot of unique flavors I’ve never tasted before. Loved it, and glad I finally got to try some Akashi single malt!

As you walk into the restaurant through the large beautiful door, greeted by lovely service, you enter an oasis of tranquility and beauty. The staff is exceptional, only exceeded by the nuances and skill of the chef & his colleagues. Every detail is thoughtfully executed. Great sake & wine by the glass, along with perfect recommendations from the servers. Highly recommend an evening at this restaurant.

My wife and I came here for a birthday date and ate omakase. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The dishes were unique, with flavors I’ve never experienced before. Very unique dishes to start with all different flavors, textures, and appearances. Then came the sushi. The sushi was incredible – it ran the gamut of all different kinds of fish. Some were smooth and melted in your mouth, some were punchy flavors and colors. I also got the sake pairing, which I highly recommend. The meal was a complete tour of flavors and experiences and we left feeling amazed and satisfied.

Amazing place, food is top notch, really cool decore, and has its own parking lot next door. Very expenssive, however, it is worth the experience!

I did the sushi omakase and it was my first time. I did it with the sake pairing. It was amazing! Amazing service. The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The quality was beyond amazing. We tried so many different fresh fish sashimi and it really widen my horizon on the possibilities of sushi. It’s definitely not your average sushi you get at any restaurant. The other non sushi dishes were also delicious, it’s hard to pick a favorite because literally everything was unique, with beautiful presentation, that wows your taste buds. We sat at the sushi bar so we could watch the chef in action which was really cool. We could talk to them and ask them about the techniques and ingredients. I would totally do it again!

A classic sushi restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The omakase dinner tasted great, and without ruining the surprise the hand roll at the end was special. Sake pairing was well suited and dessert was light and sweet.

Dined her a few weeks ago with my wife and forgot to post until now. We enjoyed the omakase tasting. I also ordered the sake pairing which complimented each course. The staff was friendly. The fish was fresh and well prepared. The courses had more than just fish including wagyu and other Japanese delicacy.

Went to Hiroki for the first time and had an enjoyable meal. Great variety of fish that seemed to be of high quality. There was one course with red meat which was the wagyu beef. It was topped with truffles but they didn’t taste like anything which was strange. Uni was really good. Given the price tag and what we got it’s not at the top of my list for omakase experiences here in Philly but it was definitely enjoyable.
