Ordered on doordash, and was very impressed. I think among all the char siu I’ve had in the city, this was my favourite. The sauces they provided for the pork and duck was also excellent (and different from sauces I’ve had before).

Get the half roast duck over rice with bok choy, then walk over to a nearby park and enjoy!!! Shared this with my husband and it was more than enough food for the both of us. The duck is SO GOOD!

If there was an option for 10 stars you’d be getting it! I was away for business and discovered the BEST duck ive ever eaten! All the vegetables were amazing too, and the duck wings! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At last I finally got my favorite chicharon or pork rind or pork skin. It’s the best in town . They make it to perfection with a little kick of cayenne pepper (I think) which is delight to the bite. But you have to go there early or you’ll end up hearing “sold out or It’s gone for the day”. They open at 10:30 am but closed every Monday and Tuesday. Try their chicharon and you’ll be hooked.

Great quick eats in China town. There are no dine-in options but you can always head to Washington Square (short walk) to sit down and eat.

I almost missed the best food in China town. We came for Chinese New Year. One weekend is not enough time to enjoy all the food and festivities. After waiting in that long line for Good Mong Kok Bakery. I did not have time to go here but something turned me around. I’m so thankful I had the chance to try such delicious food! The flavors are outstanding. The best food I had all weekend. Probably the best meal I’ve had since leaving Okinawa. This is a great meal to grab before the ferry too. I was in such a rush to get back to my hotel, grab bags and run to the ferry. I didn’t get a bite until two hours later. Cold food doesn’t ever taste this good! Again the flavor of the pork belly, veggies and rice were so delicious. I’m not sure what sauce I got (but it didn’t need it. Everything was umi) brought a whole new flavor to this dish. It kept getting more delicious. I really appreciate the younger brother recommending the pork belly he just brought out. I love Okinawian pork belly (which is a completely different way of cooking and flavors than this) so it sounded great to me. Now I want to go back and try all of their food Wishing them an amazing New Year and lots of well deserved success.

I stopped by Hing Lung after visiting the famous Kam Po because, frankly, Kam Po was such a disappointment. In comparison, Hing Lung has better food, cleaner store, and more efficient services. This is a take out only spot, and I highly recommend it.

WOW the duck is great here. Still think about it from time to time. Highly recommend the duck on rice. Would eat again if I come back to SF.

I haven’t ordered the food myself. I just got leftover from my friend’s order. Even so, the duck tastes amazing. The meat is tender and it is not too greasy. What surprised me though is the chicken. It is moist and tender beyond what I expected from leftover. The greens has a touch of burnt aroma with you cook greens with high heat. I would like try order myself next time as well.
