Delicious!!! My sushi burrito fell apart on me but they very kindly included a fork. Staff were kind and fast. The food very good. I would definitely go back.

Am I willing to pay $20 for a bowl of poke at a vibrant foodie market in a hip neighborhood? Of course I am. Happy to. But what I expect to receive is a decent, maybe even great, poke bowl. This place really let me down. Everyone at my table laughed when I showed them how little fish was in my bowl. (A $5 H-Mart sushi box has six-times the protein than the bowl I paid for.) I also told them specifically *no onions.* I love onions, but I can’t eat them right now because of a gnarly medical diagnosis. Were there onions? You bet your a– there were! As much as the fish. There are soo many positive food stories at the R. House. Hilo isn’t one of them.

Disappointed. Ordered 2 Hilo poke bowls and they forgot asparagus, avocado, ikura and furikake on both of our bowls. Barely any salmon or shrimp. Definitely not worth $15.

HELLO HILO! Perfect bowl of fresh Hawaiian Poke, worth every penny. We loved the staff and friendly vibe. Big open space, kid friendly, abundance of seating. Beautifully designed with gigantic loft windows, natural light pouring in.

My experience was great here. I wanted a spicy version of a roll and the young lady asked if I wanted her to spicy it up. Of course I said Yes, Please! The food was delicious and fresh!

I went here tonight for the first time and I must say this is some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. I got the Playboy Sushi Roll and the presentation was almost as good as the roll itself. I also got the Sassy Poke bowl which was fantastic.

My favorite place to go to for date night. I love R House and Hilo is a huge part of that. I always get the spicy Hawaiian with an extra serving of salmon or tuna for just $2 extra. It makes the meal perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Remington.

A bit pricey but their poke bow was awesome! The sushi was ok too. Great staff! Definitely recommend!

Ordered a poke bowl and was super disappointed. The portion was very small compared to other poke bowls I’ve gotten and the rice was bad. It was pretty pricey too :/
