Definitely check out this 2nd-generation-locally-owned diner in Maryland Heights. Lindsey is the absolute sweetest person and server we’ve ever encountered anywhere! She made excellent recommendations for breakfast, served with speed, and the kitchen cooked everything TO PERFECTION-especially my medium rare steak…it’s so good, and I’m so full that it’s coming home with us! My BF also claims, “The Eggs Hilary are to die for!” 2 thumbs way up!

I loved this place, it’s one of those hidden gems!!! I had breakfast here with my cousin. She knows I love ma and pa restaurants. It’s a tight squeeze but it’s so worth it. You seat yourself and your kinda packed in there. Even though your next to a stranger it’s not awkward. Everybody is friendly and down to earth including the workers. Also, food was so flavorful and came out quickly. I absolutely love this place I wouldnt change a thing!! Including spacing.

Loved it! Had burger and fries. The burger tasted like the ones I used to get at the diner mom would take me to when I was a kid. And they had those awesome crispy crinkle cut fries. Service was great too! And my toddler got chicken strips and I tried one and they are so good! Reminds me of small town diner life.

We just happened upon this place when looking for breakfast. I had the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. My mom had the biscuits and gravy and they were great as well. On top of it all the coffee was so good and the service was phenomenal despite being busy. We will absolutely be back!

Food is good, but can be really hard to get a table at times. Very busy! Wish they would remodel and make bigger. We were waiting on a table to be cleaned and for them to seat us and soon as it got cleaned some guy and his kid who arrived after us and another couple flew in and took the table. Our waitress went and told him that this was our table. He didn’t seem to happy, and got up and left. Rude people! Not the resteraunts fault though. We will be back. Waitress was great!

The staff was very friendly, the prices were very good, the coffee was delicious and the the biscuits and gravy were some of the best I have ever had. The breakfast burrito was amazing as well. My family and I will definitely be returning to eating here again and again.

Whenever we have time for breakfast out we head to Hillary’s. The food is good and generous and prices are great. The waitresses are just the best and friendliest! The cooks deal with food allergies without any fuss. A great place with the best grits I’ve ever eaten.
