Party of 9? No problem. Our waitress, Lacy, was proficient, professional and 100% amazing. It was a busy morning and she had a lot of tables, but she made sure our order was correct and that we had all the extras needed. There was a mix of breakfast and lunch menu items on our table and everyone seemed to enjoy there meal. The Vermont chicken burger with maple mayo had great flavor and the chicken wasn’t dry. Serving sizes were sufficient and the food was hot. They also offer take out and free local delivery.

This is the best diner in Franklin county. The food is immaculate every time. The price is reasonable. And the staff are very kind and energetic. I usually don’t go out of my way to stop at certain places to eat. But if I’m ever in massena I try to go there. The rustic decor is very cozy and again, the staff can’t be beat.

Great diner. Food was fantastic. Only had breakfast. Philly cheese steak omelet was very tasty. Corned Beef hash was excellent. Second trip was eggs Benedict. That was on point. Coffee was fresh and had a great flavor. The fried potatoes were delicious, I recommend getting them with onions.

My first two times staff were so friendly and food was excellent. Today the waitress was rude slamming silverware on the table walking by us mumbling very unpleasant atmosphere. We didn’t feel welcome so we left after five minutes and no service at all. What a shame the two previous times we were there the staff were so friendly and made you feel welcome from the get-go.
