I have been on a burger hunt for the past year in downtown Dallas and I’ve finally found it. Hoagie Bear! The burgers here are perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy topped with the freshest ingredients. I had a Jalapeño Beef. I also tried their seasoned fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings which were all fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. I think it’s family owned which I like and the owners are actually there all the time ensuring quality and efficiency. All around great experience and you won’t regret it!

Great burger very juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I’ve had. Went during a trip to Dallas and even though they were about to close they still made me a burger. It was amazing, I’ve been considering another trip back to Dallas just to get another one.

The rule of 3. Try a place 3 times before you decide it’s fate as I did. Each time the sandwiches are absolutely amazing. Coming in with either beef or chicken, all of them have been so good that I couldn’t take a picture! I didn’t eat these, I devoured them! A perfect lunch spot for those in the area.

I was so surprised by this place! Hubby was looking for a Texas-sized burger. I got the gyro, as it’s been a long time since I have had a good one. The Gyro did not disappoint. It was so juicy and flavorful. The lettuce and Tzatziki sauce was in perfect proportion to the fluffy pita. It usually comes with Tomatoes but I opted out since I don’t like them.

STOP! TRY THIS PLACE ASAP!!! We were on our way to McDonald and noticed this place right next door, so we decided to order our 1/2lb burgers from here instead. I got the Texan and my co-worker go the not so-boaring with french fries. The food was MASSIVE and served on a long hoagie bun. It was soooo delicious! I had enough saved for dinner as well.
