I love Higgies!!! Great food for a great, affordable price! I always bring my friends who are visiting from out of state here and they love it. Lately they’ve been closed during hours it says they’re supposed to be open. Hope everything is okay with them. Would be so sad if they closed for good.

Love the lobster rolls they make. The shakes are very delicious, they have excellent staff, and amazing food. Ate there twice with my family and have had no problems there. Absolutely love it.

Higgies is a staple of the warmer seasons. There isn’t much for a view while you eat, but it’s a fantastic little drive-in. If you’re craving a foot long hotdog (chilli cheese is great) and a root beer float. This is the spot in the area. I visit regularly for just that reason, and it’s a “go-to” spot for a quick lunch when heading out on a motorcycle ride. The line in the evenings can get long for ice cream and the parking area is pretty small, so be mindful pulling in and out.

Definitely the best place to eat in town! I’d recommend the lobster roll! They really stack it with lobster and a healthy amount of butter! Also the lemonade is freshly made and is amazing!

A small roadside drive-in, our food was great! I highly recommend their burgers, Loved it! Also a great place for ice cream or a shake.

Wow!! Amazing clams that are perfectly fried with fantastic french fries. Service was top notch and the servers were very nice. They had just opened for the season so every one was in a positive mood. The food was pricey, but it was totally worth it! I will definitely come back here some time! Great service!

Myself and my partner have frequented Higgies forever. It’s a wonderful place to stop for lunch or a yummy ice cream.We however can’t seem to ever get anything else but their delicious foot long hot dogs and incredible french fries. They have nice umbrella’ed picnic tables and beautiful shade trees. We were lucky enough to be there at high noon and were able to to listen to (recorded) church bells tolling 12 times,then playing a hymn and the national anthem. It was truly an all American experience that we keep repeating every summer.
