Great place for breakfast and lunch. Not on the main strip, a little south of town so more quiet. Freshly squeezed juice was delicious. (Not cheap) Great biscuits and gravy and breakfast potatoes seasoned very nicely. Scrambled eggs & eggs over easy were great. More limited lunch menu, but you can order breakfast all day. We’ve gone back a couple of times during our stay.

Best poached eggs I’ve tried. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the flavors. Nice terrace and views to enjoy if weather permits. Away from Moab crowds.

Definitely a really fun spot and unique to Moab to have the South African influence. Didn’t see a lot of specific differences though on the breakfast menu so I tried the crêpes which are a for this place but didn’t really have a lot of unique flavor, or anything in them and a little dry. I ended up putting a little Cholula hot sauce on it which made it great. The super green juice was really good though. Still a 4 star experience overall!

I enjoyed the laid back decor, and very nice bathroom sink. I enjoyed my country fried steak and eggs.

Apropos to the name, it’s easy to drive past this little place tucked back away from the road, but it’s well worth keeping your eyes open, because you’ll be in for a treat.

Hidden Cuisine is a hidden gem. Definitely worth the drive out of Moab. From the outside the building doesn’t look like a restaurant, but the cute outdoor patio proved otherwise. Opening the paneled wood door into the big dining room, I was embraced by refreshing cool air. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very welcoming and attentive. The coffee was fresh, and the food was great. Our daughter ordered an orange juice, which came fresh squeezed! All the vegetables were fresh. I ordered the vegetable eggs Benedict. The homemade Hollandaise sauce was silky.
