What a find!! Off of Hwy 10 in downtown Perryville, this little place had great salsa and queso. My mini chimichanga were excellent with a flavor in the chicken I did not recognize. The guacamole with it was tasty. My travel partner had the Speedy Gonzalez. The taco was good as was the enchilada with red sauce. The beans and rice were a little bland for her taste. The service was great; very personable and always handy. We shall return.

In town for an event and several people we asked recommended Hidalgos. Family owned with great atmosphere. Located right on town square. Saturday lunch was not busy this day. Seating capacity on the smaller side as you would expect in a small town establishment, but our group of 9 were comfortably accommodated together. Prompt service. Food was hot, flavorful, and traditional in line with what we are used to in this area. Prices reasonable and comparable.

Visiting from Texas and stopped in for a late lunch. I love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. Had the fajita nachos and they were EXCELLENT. My son loved his food as well. I wish this place were closer to me as I would eat here often. Great food.

Hidalgo’s is such a gem! The service is always amazing – they’re always so friendly and patient even if they’re super busy. In the summer, they have homemade horchata and fresh watermelon juice that are both over the moon delicious. They also have some of the best queso and guacamole, and the Pulled Pork is an absolute must-have. Needless to say, two thumbs WAY up.
