So, I recently tried out this barbecue spot that’s been getting mixed reviews. As a native Texan, I have my barbecue standards, but I wanted to give it a fair shot.

Ribs had a good smoke but lacked on the seasoning. BBQ sauce was a little too vinegary and too watery for me. I like my BBQ sauce when it adheres to the meat. Just personal taste. BBQ chopped beef sandwich had too big of pieces of BBQ. I like my chop BBQ really chopped. Another personal preference.

The brisket is good, love the crispy ends., The sauce is not that good, which is why i give it 4 stars, about $20 for 2 meat 2sides and drink which is average price, I recommend.

The most nastiest turkey bbq sandwich I have ever eaten.tasted like smoked spam with bbq sauce also pretty nasty inside as well. Just buy smoked spam save your money.

Not good. I got the sausage and rib plate with coleslaw and green beans. The food didn’t look presentable from how they store it but I decided to try. $17 and I didn’t enjoy any of it because the meat was tough and didn’t have a good taste.

I got the ribs and sausage plate. The ribs were extremely tough. The sauce was watered down. The sausage and potato salad was the only thing I could eat. Don’t waste your time or money…go to the heb across the street and get something you can enjoy.

I was reading the positive stuff on here.. I got the potatoe thing.. man the sauce is plain and a bit salty… next time I will listen to the rewiews with lower ratings.. this big thing looks amazing but taste boring!!!!!!!

The employees for great except for the man that took his hat off and scratched his head after I finished eating the sausage was like rubber was tough the brisket was dry the barbecue sauce was real watery other than that the beans and the cold slawwas good, but I won’t be going back, alittle pricey for dry meat
