Kenneth and Justin are truly amazing. Their BBQ is next level, and I promise you’ll keep going back. Customer service is one of the best around, but they also are personable and truly appreciate and love their supporters. Every single person I have met there, has been great people, just a wonderful environment all around. Jersey Adam in Texas (with Chunky&Lunky), my 2 Bears here. I’ve been here to this truck a couple times now. This time I went out of the box and as a heavy pizza critic, and I’ve been to the best, I’ve never had quite the experience of a rectangular flat bread bread hickory smoked, wood fire “Brisket” pizza with other toppings. They do not cheap out on the meat, and threw me some surprises that I was totally stoked by. An original pizza experience like no other. They actually asked me if I want to let it smoke longer. Being in no hurry I said “yes” ☑️ . Three of the nicest guys= Justin, Kenny, and Jeff. Real Texans doing bbq on a “Proper”. With all the options in Texas for bbq, these guys have been my favorite and the best. FM982 Food Yard, Princeton near the Exxon (Gilbert’s). Next time will be a giant burger that they actually add there brisket into the ground beef, and giant loaded baked potato Yum that sounds good. I ate everything before I can take a photo. Also, Ribs= Gotta get there early because they sell out quickly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5)

OMG! So f’n good! Probably the ribs I’ve ever had (but will need to try a few dozen more times to confirm). Kenneth clearly takes pride in his food quality & customer service. Only wish they were open more often & longer hours. Tough to plan on picking up dinner in the early afternoon—before they run out.

Best barbecue around and the owner is awesome! We love hickory heat! We’ve had several of the items (brisket sandwhich, brisket nachos, brisket baked potato, brisket pizza, and rib meat pizza) and everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

It’s the best food I’ve had in Texas. It is a must try! You cannot go wrong with Kenneth and Justin. They are the best at what they do and they are always allowing you to try bsfore you buy. I have to say that Hickory Heat BBQ is absolutely fantastic! I ordered ribs, brisket, and garlic and jalapeño sausages. All of the food was great. The guys were so nice and very generous with their portions. They will be getting more of my business and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for some good bbq!

Great BBQ and excellent service. Had the brisket, ribs and stuffed jalapeños. Even got some samples of the turkey and pulled pork. All tender and great flavor. Great service all around.
