Not a good experience. The door wouldn’t open when we got there; it was apparently jammed shut. The one guy working there saw us outside googling the hours of operation and came to open the door.

The food overall was good, but not what I’d expect from hibachi place. I ordered the chicken and steak entree with fried rice and a side of noodles. The meat and rice was good, a little heavy on seasoning, but not bad. There were very little vegetables. The noodles had so much garlic, they went into the trash, no one in my family liked them. I ordered online with Door Dash, so I can’t comment on customer service, but it arrived quicker than I expected and had everything I ordered with napkins and plastic forks included.

Wow, when I went with my wife, the place was neat and clean, the staff was courteous. If you want you can order sauce on the side or lighter quantities of sauce. A lot of people prefer loads of sauce. My wife and I ate inside and there were clean tables and a bar you can sit at. Not sure why all the negative?

So, I was driving by and my son who door dashes said he gets alot of orders from here. We stopped in to try it. Let me say that I was so surprised! I ordered the chicken snack for $7.00. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!! BETTER THAN WASABI BY FAR! The restaurant is not fancy, no frills, and food comes in a to-go container. It really didn’t matter because I couldn’t eat my portion and needed the box anyway. Give them a try. Support local business!!

The vegetables were the only redeeming quality of my meal simply because it’s hard to mess those up. The most disgusting part were the noodles which cost me extra and were terribly overcooked. They also had a very strange, unpleasant flavor. The steak was overcooked, some pieces were burnt, and it tasted like cheap instant gravy. The chicken wasn’t as bad as the steak, it’s texture was ok, but it was disappointingly bland.

Not good. They charge 13.00 for 1.50 worth of chicken and 2.00 worth of veggies. The rest was mushy rice (they were out of noodles). I also had to pay extra for the same sauce others give away. Then, they charged .52 to run my card. After tip I was expecting this white styrofoam box to have something good in it. I swear, I ate the chicken and veggies and had to get something else for lunch. I almost called and asked for my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY’RE CROOKS. Plus the food isn’t good.

Horrible customer service!! Hung up on me instead of helping me, they didn’t ensure the DD driver new was two bags and only received half of my order the employee and assistant manager then got a attitude with me! The assistant manger then hung up on me! I have done restaurant and fast food for delivery and it is the restaurants responsibility to ensure all of the order goes out! According to the assistant manger it’s only there job to cook the food nothing else and the excuse was they where busy! Been there myself as a general manager and still had to take the time to fix issue and never hang up on a customer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Unless you like being treated like garbage and you as a customer and the money you spend there don’t matter!

My husband loves here. They don’t have many choices for me, it’s either some seafood, steak or chicken and rice and noodles. I love their rice. But gave them 5 stars b/c my husbands recommends it for a quick meal.

Have ordered from here 3 times. First time was good, I enjoyed it. 2nd and 3rd time the quality of the food was so poor, it tasted like it was dropped on the ground and picked back up, the texture was gritty like sand, and there were some things in it that were neither chicken nor steak. I’ll never eat here again.
