Staff is so nice! And we had this one server who was HILARIOUS! He would sing and make jokes and talk to us it was great! (No it was not at hibachi we were sitting in regular tables!) The place is beautiful and clean and food is fantastic AND they have my favorite sake!

I recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at this fantastic Japanese hibachi sushi restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing, with a delightful blend of flavors that left us wanting more.

What impressed us most was the attentive and friendly service from the staff. They took great care of our group, ensuring we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make my son’s birthday celebration extra special. They even arranged a surprise birthday dessert and sang a lively rendition of “Happy Birthday” that made my son feel truly special.

Not only was the entertainment exceptional, but the food was also outstanding. Each dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with delicious flavors. The steaks were tender, the chicken was juicy, and the shrimp was incredibly fresh. The accompanying fried rice and noodles were flavorful and complemented the main dishes perfectly.

I went with my children, and as always, delicious food, and very fresh, the first class attention, the bento box, too good

Absolutely awful experience. First of all, the restaurant is dark, dirty, and has a very unpleasant smell. We were one of two tables in the whole restaurant and the staff was nowhere to be found. It took 25 minutes just for a server to come over and take our drink order after being seated at a hibachi table. Once the hibachi show started, it took a turn for the worse. Our chef was being extremely inappropriate to our entire table of females. Making multiple suggestive remarks to a 13 year old who was visibly uncomfortable in the situation. Even grabbed her by the face to squirt the water in her mouth…. Then asked the ages of the rest of the girls at the table and continued making creepy comments. That was followed by the chef picking up the chopped zucchini with his bare hands and pelting it at us rather than tossing it with his cooking utensils. When no one at the table wanted sake, he doused us in water. I left with a soaked shirt. On top of all that, the food is wildly overpriced for the low quality. Then they automatically added a 20% tip on the total, rather than the subtotal, because we were a group of 7. It’s safe to say we will never be coming back here again and if there was an option to leave 0 stars I would.

The highlight of our visit was the incredible hibachi chef who entertained us throughout the meal. Their skillful culinary techniques, impressive knife skills, and entertaining tricks made the dining experience truly unforgettable. We were mesmerized as they expertly cooked our chosen meats, seafood, and vegetables right in front of us on the sizzling grill.

We ordered sushi take-out here and like all of our rolls. The chef specials are really fun and unique!

This was the first time I had been at this location since becoming Hibachi Sushi Ya. I had high expectations as the previous establishment (Fugi) was very good. To start the drinks and service were slow to come to take care of our table. I had to ask and flag them down multiple times. Another extreme inconvenience was there were two tables of about 12-15 young kids having birthday parties screaming in our ears all night. I love that kids are enjoying themselves at hibachi but they should really have a dedicated area for it as we couldnt even hear each other speak during dinner. Once our chef came to the table it had to have been one of the most lackluster shows I’ve ever seen. The food was not cooked well, it lacked any flavor and one person in our group didn’t even receive their steak at all. All and all it was a disappointment. Maybe it was the one night I was there and they are really good , but this was my experience.
