Due to its location being next to Publix, this hibachi restaurant is definitely more convenient then the other down the road, but I would recommend driving a little further south. Service is very slow even when they are not that busy. They do give you a lot of food, but my steak and chicken hibachi was not only super salty but had a rubbery texture. Very hard to eat and unfortunately had to throw in the trash.

Horrible customer service, there’s always young teenagers hanging out in the front being loud and obnoxious. The wait time is terrible too, food is ok, but seriously, customer service Really Needs to Up the Game! I stopped going here bc of all this.

There’s a server he’s a tall white male I’m pretty sure he just started working there! He’s very rude!! Mind you this was months ago, I didn’t leave him a tip because he never checked up or anything, so then he proceeds to argue with me while I’m walking out!! Not a very good server recommend to not go with him at all!! The service is bad. The wait for food can be ridiculous at times. The real problem is that they’ll bring a plate for one person then 20 minutes later bring the plate for you. Sorry but I don’t go to a restaurant to watch my friends eat.

It was my first time there and the experience was horrible no directions as to if you sit down to order the food or if you are only supposed to go to the counter if you prefer it to go. I have been eating here since 2013 when they first opened. Never got once have I had a bad meal. During my high school years I would eat here nearly 2 or 3 times a week. Always good food and great service. They’ve expanded to 3 or so new locations and each one is as good as the first. Love the place!
