Food was pretty good. Had an issue with the sushi but no biggie, they fixed it. Service was amazing for the most part as well. Thanks for a great time. Even song happy birthday to my daughter

Still one of the best dinner experiences in Philadelphia..The food is great, the service is always excellent and the views is pretty good on the waterfront with the Ben Franklin Bridge. As you enter the elevators, you may think that it is a bit dirty. They should definitely clean and upgrade the elevator area as this may cause you to turn around. However….it has no reflection on the food or service. Great place to have dinner with many companions. You can seat 10 comfortably at your table.

The restaurant is run down, old, smelt like mold, and had dirty streaked windows to look out of to see the Delaware River. After being seated we received the menu and it is not the same menu as online. We went with my daughter who wanted to try sushi. I had been to Hibachi multiple times back in the day for their large sushi menu. Now it is mostly beef and chicken with a very limited sushi menu. Per the waitress, the menu changed in January and was never changed online. We wound up leaving before ordering and explaines to the waitress we came for sushi. She was very nice and understood. We went to an awesome sushi restaurant around the corner.

Worst hibachi I’ve ever had. I promise you, you can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Very overpriced, I’m a small person and found the rice portion to be quite tiny. The hichachi chefs were very young and courteous, but the food was terrible. The chef didn’t do any tricks or jokes , accidentally set the table on fire, Rice was a bit hard with onions still raw, the bland chicken was hard as a rock, and they don’t serve yum yum sauce. For vegetables you only get broccoli and cucumbers which the cook forgot to cook so they were hard, the chef also didn’t cook enough rice for everyone to eat. I feel like for a hibachi place selling the filet mignon for 43 bucks , i want someone who can actually cook my meal properly. Gratuity is automatically taken which is fine, but service is slow even in a empty place. The view could be much nicer at night if there weren’t huge light glares on the glass. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I don’t plan on returning, specially with the $30 parking.

I can only recommend a visit to this restaurant. The food was very good. Also the visual experience and the cooking show was very interesting. But my dear American friends, go back to the roots of services, find efficiency and a positive attitude. They almost didn’t let us into the restaurant, the lady at the reception told us that the restaurant is completely full and there is no chance without a reservation. We finally got inside. And do you know what? The restaurant was one third full. The service is nice but slow and chaotic. But nevertheless, we will ever come back again.

I had such high hopes for this place, considering it’s prime real estate. Same lot as a popular arcade and a beautiful view of the river and bridge. However, after visiting this place 3 times, I’m sad to say it’s a waste of money. The food is below average. I’m not sure if it’s the ingredients or the quality of such…but each time, the rice tasted off and was crunchy. The seasoning and sauce they add to the overcooked chicken and steak…gross. I felt more obligated to eat out of respect rather than the food actually tasting good. Also, this place is dingy to say the least. Laminate bubbling on the tables, a sticky film on the griddles and knobs, disgusting bathroom (and this was the women’s, which tends to be nearer when compared to males). There was water, paper towels, and VOMIT on the floor. Sure, perhaps someone could have recently thrown up, but the state of the rest of the bathroom shows it had not been serviced for hours. I will NOT be returning!
