I was a once a week customer at Hibachi Japense Cuisine when they was there, because personally it was the best and I’m sure a lot can agree. But I gave these new owners a chance and to say I was disappointed would be a understatement. The fried rice had a lot of white rice clumps in it. Shrimp was very fishy and steak was a very small portion. The woman there was very polite although. The food just has to be better for those prices.

Best hibachi I’ve had in a long time. Normally we go to Strongsville or Wadsworth but this is by the far the best. Small tucked away place in Akron. Portions were HUGE, freshly made, and half the price of those bigger conglomerate hibachi grills. Worth the 30 min drive down RT 18 and the food was still steaming hot when we got home. You can’t beat this!

Here are the facts – living in the square, I prefer to drive to the Falls and pay a fortune for Hibachi Japan than order from Hibachi Xpress. This place opened up on the West Hill by Tangier, so I gave them a shot. Let’s just say I won’t be driving to the Falls anymore. Friendly staff, generous portions for a great price, authentic hibachi grill flavor and a much larger menu than Xpress. Also, they have great sushi. Check them out, you won’t be sorry!

Let me tell you! Worth…IT! We usually drive 10mins from our home to wait 30mins for trash food. They are 3mins from us and they were amazing w prices and food was great.

First of all they apparently close at 8 and not 9 (might wanna update that guys)…. And then I get there and he tells me my order never went through when it clearly says ORDER CONFIRMED BY RESTAURANT!! Terrible. Will never go back. Because apparently I waited a half hour for nothing. 0 ⭐

Yuk. We ordered chicken fried rice. No vegetables except cabbage and so greasy. Chicken was fried to death. Wont be back.
