I’ve never been to a restaurant where they put the food into the same containers whether you eat in or not. I suppose using to go containers so you don’t have to do it later makes a little sense. Not overwhelmed by the experience. The atmosphere is very nice. Pretty little place, nice and quiet. However, i had to clean off my own table. My gyoza arrived with a full crunch, which is actually how I like it! The fried crab is artificial crab sticks. While the gyoza has a very light flavor, the crabs sticks are pretty flavorless. And worse, they both come with the same soy based sauce which doesn’t have a lot of flavor to it either . For the most part, I can’t even tell I put the sauce on there. But they do have a brown sauce at their sauce bar, which adds a really nice flavor to the food . Signs all over ask that you limit to two servings of white sauce per dish

Ruined my Valentine’s Day dinner. Called in order (chicken bowl, 1 sushi item, and soup) at 7:18. Was told it would be ready in 30-35 minutes. Arrived at restaurant and paid at 7:52pm. Watched order after order after order being picked up. Went to the counter and was told it was being prepared. Pretty sure my order was lost. Insincere apologies and nobody admitting that they made a mistake. Left with our order at 8:22pm and will never go back again.

Mediocre at best. I had spicy salmon roll and bonsai roll. Very small portions of fish, wasabi was all dried out, pickled ginger was dried up too. I’ve had better sushi from Harris Teeter. Food served in take out containers even tho we dined in. Husband had chicken hibachi- chicken was dry, veggies overcooked to a mush.

This used to be my go-to place, but the quality has gone sooo downhill. I had food posioning from here a few months back and just had it again tonight (thought I was ordering from the 10th street location on Doordash), the hibachi chicken has a weird texture, theres some huge pieces and some mini pieces & the vegetables are hard and have a weird flavor. Sooo im having just rice for dinner

Only two white sauce per plate. Vegetables were hard, chicken was tough, customer service was poor, several men working and they looked terrified a customer walked in. I was the only customer at lunch. This place was dead. Weird staff. First & Last visit.

Food is average. Customer service is horrible. I ordered food 30 minutes before closing time and the cashier was extremely rude. She expressed to me that because they were closing they did not have what we wanted on the menu. When we arrived my boyfriend asked to use to the bathroom and the cashier rudely said no that it was already closed. We felt extremely rushed to leave. I am not someone to get upset easily, but I did not understand why the closing time is not accurate. They were already closing everything by the time we arrived and rushing us to leave. I do not appreciate the way we were treated!!! If you’re looking for good food and good customer service you won’t find it here!!!
