I’d give it no stars if I could. This place service and food is absolutely horrible. For starters, it took them 15 minutes to bring me my drinks. I tried the food, chicken and broccoli and orange chicken was going sour, clear indication of it going bad. Noodles and was pure grease and no flavor. The hibachi is was completely empty while most of the counter was covered by food that’s fallen out of the tray (nice case of cross contamination). Then when I said enough was enough. I asked for a refund and they refused until they said only half refund. And if that doesn’t help, they didn’t even give me half of a refund. So. Yeah.

One of the worst buffets I’ve ever been to ! The workers are cooking just for them to eat fresh buffet for themselves! This place should not be in business close immediately! Everything old and cold quick way to get food poisoning! This place does not deserve any stars at all! Over price, terrible service and quality of food ! Not worth the money RUN !

This is the only hibachi style buffet that makes u pay up front, and now I think I know why, because if I had seen what was in store, I would have left immediately and not pay. I came here accidentally thinking it was some other hibachi grill that I come to when I come to Virginia Beach. The other bad reviews are not exaggerations. The food looks like it was there for hours, the selection is meager compared to similar types of buffet, and I saw a bug crawling up to my plate. The taste is bland. There’s a sign that recommends a 15 to 20% tip for the servers. That is not typical for buffets.

My Google search was for sushi buffet. Well I almost missed the miniscule sushi section, so small in square footage, variety and size of the rolls; my fiance and I tried the soups, the fish soup was under seasoned and the egg drop soup was very watery, the cream cheese wontons were tiny, everything else was poor quality, cold, dry and questionable looking, he got sick as soon as we got to the hotel, this has ruined the rest of our day

I LOVEEEEE this restaurant so much and it’s my favorite restaurant by far in Virginia Beach. The amazing quality that you get is to DIE FOR for the low price point and I will continue to go here for years and years. I love this restaurant and their food with my heart and I have for years. Sad to see all the fake negative reviews.

Do not eat here! We gave this business one more try but we were wrong!! I was taken aback by having to pay upfront AND leave the tip in which a sign encouraged a 15 to 20 % tip, but I kindly obliged. Then there was the food. It was slightly warmed leftovers. The pans were ALL mostly empty. And everything I chose was cold except for the pan of wilted lettuce at the salad bar which was NOT cold. They served us our drinks and handed us Chick-fil-A straws. Yes, paper wrapped straws from Chick-fil-A! I was so close to just turning around and walking out and calling my credit card company to dispute the charges but we stayed for more abuse! In all seriousness, the food safety standards are not followed here. The chicken Teriyaki was not even warm and still pink on the fat end. The chicken and broccoli was also leftover and the broccoli was shriveled. Nothing was hot. I just hope the food we did choose to eat does not make us all sick. Please do not eat here! Its not worth the money or the risk of getting sick. It really was a disappointment and I’m pretty disgusted.
