I frequent here and the food I bought yesterday (shrimp hibachi and spicy chicken and rice) smelled rancid. specifically the rice on both plates and shrimp. idk who cooked yesterday but I paid $30 for a foul smelling/ tasting plate of food. this is NOT how it usually tastes or smells. pretty sure we were given SPOILED food.

Yea that was my last time here. Used to love this place. $11 for the half portion and it’s literally a kids meal. If you just go to the one in the mall you get a full for $9. Tasted like frozen chicken with teriyaki sauce. Way to over priced for the portion. I will never come here again.

I hate everything about this place. Terrible food, terrible environment. Only good thing was the Cashier/Manager Gracie, she was super sweet and very helpful with my complaints. IF I ever go back here I surely hope shes working or I already know my food will be messed up.

I have ate here multiple times. It is a hit or miss. When the food is fresh and cooked right it is good. The problem is many times the meat smells old as if they had it sitting out. I dont think they are storing there food at the right temps. Or they are trying to save money and keeping meat longer than they should. I have had multiple issues with this but i have went back because when that is not the issue the food is good. But Im done as of today. Cant continue to eat here and take chances with me getting food poison. I even had to stop getting the teriyaki sauce because they would make so many in advance and leave them sitting on the counter and they would get bad and spoil. Im extremely interested in what there health score is. Im sure they will be getting shut down soon because they are cutting corners and using bad food. I can smell the bad rotten smell as I eat and I had to stop and throw it away on more than one occasion. This is not safe or healthy. To those that have had good reviews its just a matter of time. Especially if you go when they are not as busy. I have had better luck getting fresh food when they are busy. This place needs to be shut down.

Amazing food, I eat here almost every Sunday. My go to order is the seafood lovers (fried rice with shrimp and scallops). I also tried the teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki steak. So good!! I love how free yum-yum sauce is given and the portion sizes are so big for the price. It’s also filling and leaves you satisfied. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Definitely recommended!!

Good the last few times I ordered here a few months ago. However, today the meal was not seasoned very well and had very little taste. There were unidentifiable materials (maybe onion skin) in the fried rice. Worse, the Yum Yum sauce, which is a dressing that requires refrigeration, was warm, had separated in the container, and was unsafe for consumption. Combined with other reviews noting undercooked items, I no longer feel like this establishment is a safe place to eat.
