Today I went to this restaurant because I like this type of food and I trusted myself for the style but first the owner or the man at the register attended my daughter when taking the order with her I treated her rudely and loudly, like who wants to get out of this order quickly, something different when two American clients arrived, and if it was not for another lady who attends the place, she left a single star, the food did not seem freshly made much to be desired and unfortunately we did not have more time to go find another place to eat . I really do not recommend this place and if you go I hope you will have a better experience than the one I had with my daughter

Food is not prepared fresh. There is NO food smell as you enter. Awful flavor. Ordered teriyaki and hibachi chicken. I suspect all food is prepared prior to opening, warmed up and then given to the customer. Its a shame because the servers were friendly and seemed proud of the food being served.

I used to be a regular customer here and I would order about three times a month, I ordered a chicken shrimp and lobster combo which is about 34 dollars. I come to pick up my order the lady charges me for the 34 but gives me chicken lobster and STEAK. I can’t have red meat or I get pretty sick so I had already made it home and I called to see if i could get a new one and the lady required me to bring the food back she claimed that lobster is expensive and we can’t waste the food I guess she needed evidence that I didn’t eat the steak. I came without the steak I completely forgot it in my rush. She charged me again despite my being a regular and was very rude and told me she didn’t care that I give them my business all the time. Customer service is extremely important and even after offering to ft my boy friend and have him show them the order is wrong they still made me pay 20 additional dollars.

Hibachi here has a different flavor than most places. Their chicken had an additional brown sauce that came on it, almost like teriyaki, but a differed flavor. The rice, which also had the same brown sauce on it wasn’t as greasy but also less flavorful than other places, I guess grease tastes good. Veggies seemed overcooked, too soft for my liking. Lastly, the crab ragoons were heavy on the cream cheese, light on the crab, and smaller than other places but also at a fair price. Also, the white sauce was pretty good. We ate outside and they brought the food to us which was nice, I didn’t find the staff to be rude like others have said. Most people were getting take out here. I would not return, but my husband said he would.

We ordered delivery. They have us less sauces then they were supposed to, the vegetables were massively undercooked, and the gyoza wrappers were tough. The meats and rice were ok.

Worst food ever. Very oily fried food. The oil taste nasty and it was dripping oil from the spring rolls and wontons. Undercooked vegetables and everything tastes nasty.
