I ordered online, upon going in to pick up the order. I made the mistake of not having my entire receipt order visible. I arrived at home, and realized my order was missing an item. I called the restaurant back, and spoke with an incredibly kind young lady. I returned to the restaurant to show my complete order receipt. The staff was incredibly gracious and rectified the issue promptly. The food is absolutely scrumptious! The service was impeccable! Thank you so much Hibachi Express!

I ordered a Large seafood boil combo. The title says it comes with 1lb of each. The top listed Snow Crab, Mussels, Shrimp etc. The combo also included pasta, egg, corn, and potato. There was no snow crab or eggs in my order. There was also a lack of flavor and it was dry. No Cajun seasoning or anything. I requested and added in special instructions for spicy and all the flavors to be mixed. I was disappointed and will not be coming back. Thank you.

Normally this is a good restaurant and I have been coming here for the last 3 years. I ordered two chicken hibachi and two egg rolls. When I got home I noticed that they forgot the garlic butter sauce. The garlic sauce helps make the hibachi so I was a little disappointed that they forgot it. So I called the store and the lady cashier answered the phone. The lady had a attitude with me and basically in so many words called me a lier. She kept calling me mam and insisted that she put the sauce in there but did not. I don’t understand why she just didn’t apologize for her mistake? I was not trying to get anything free, I just wanted them to know that they forgot it so they can make sure they put the sauce in the bag next time that’s all. Please talk to her ever is answering the phone. She has an attitude.

So this is one of the few Chinese buffets that is still in existence after the planemic in our area and honestly I am happy it is in business! The first sushi was amazing, and most everything else on the buffet was pretty good. The place was very clean and the service was good even though only half of the eating area was open and about 2/3 of the buffet was filled with food. Thank you very much for feeding my belly

Dirty tables, silverware and kitchen. Food was not good. My veg roll was a salad rolled in rice. We were here during lunch and a man tried to bring his food back because it was bad and they gave him a really hard time, only wanted to give him half his money back. Crazy awkward.
