We used to live around the corner and would often order here for pickup since we didn’t feel safe eating inside. It has slowly improved over time and I don’t think there are drug dealers outside any longer. We enjoyed the food and it was relatively a good price for the quality and quantity. Perhaps I should have ordered online instead of calling in, because the customer service is not great and they do not treat customers respectfully. Cashiers are rude and they make sure you know that they dislike their jobs. Again, food is good though. Compliments to the chefs

I have had 4 bad experiences back to back 1 time they had hair in my food and the last 3 time my stake was hard. So hard that the order I got to night cut the back of my throat. We call in orders tonight and had to wait almost an hour to receive our food. Front was a mess and out of order. Our food was on the front bar the whole time we were waiting! They came up to me 3 time with the wrong order. Smh ♀️

Today I found hair in my food. Called and was told to come back. Raggedy manager dude gave me a lecture on why I needed to bring the food back. Whatever, but his employee didn’t communicate that so why you keep talking about it?! I did what I was told and that was to come back. He started a whole argument in the restaurant. Yelling and everything. Could tell buddy loves being a manager because he never had that much ‘power’ in his life. Kept telling me ‘next time’. Like why don’t you try not to have hair in the food so it won’t be a next time. Don’t waste your money here.

I wanted to try this place even though I read some negative reviews about the service and some peoples experiences at this restaurant. I ordered food in to eat, and the food was average, not bad not great. As soon as I’m thinking, I can eat here again for hibachi, a man with a big snake walks in and wants to order. They begin to take his order!!!!! This snake was huge, why would the restaurant allow this. The man also had a gun tucked in this pants. 2 very uncomfortable things, I had to immediately leave. I wanted to just throw my food away and run. SMH I will not be back.

The food is good, but the customer service could be better. The girl at the register didn’t speak she just stood there looking. I stated I had a call in order, she asked for my number I told her I didn’t give a number because they didn’t ask, she then said she didn’t ask because it came up on the phone, like I was suppose to know that. My food sat there for a while so I asked the guy was it mind he didn’t ask for my number the first thing he said was I don’t know what you ordered, rude poor customer and to top it off he goes from running the front to the kitchen handle the food no gloves on. Do better people the food is good. $ stars for the taste of the food only. Customer Service gets a 2

Updated Review: I gave this restaurant another try due to the convenience of the location and the quality of the food. As I stated in my previous review, the food is not bad and it’s a good quantity for the price. On my last couple visits the customer service was definitely a lot better which leads me to believe that maybe I just caught them on some bad times before. There are a few new faces which I think has made the environment a little lighter and probably spread out the workload so everyone’s not as uptight. It’s a different vibe from when I visited previously and so I can applaud them for the improvement. They have also came out with these really cool packets for the white sauce and ginger. It eliminates the to go cups bursting in the bags and the hassle of having to fill them. They’re really easy to open and it’s a great idea!

A woman took my order when I Ordered food 30 min before closing and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I was on the way and 12 min later I get a call from a man saying he was calling about an order we left . I said we ordered 10 min ago and I am on the way respectfully. The man said we close in 15 will you be here. He said this with an attitude. I said I am on the way. Arrive within minutes 1-2 and get to the front where I say I’m here for my order of hibachi chicken. The man looks at his watch and says wow ordering last minute ! I said this store is open until 10. There are 15 minutes left and he rolled his eyes. Completely rude and unacceptable service . Food was good but absolutely ridiculous behavior from the staff member !!!!!! Btw there were customers coming in after me . So I can only imagine he was as rude ! Seriously makes me consider never ordering here again since it was such an inconvenience to order before the restaurant was closing !!!

Food was fairly decent. The rice was a little over cooked and vegetables were not fully cooked. They do have a quick turn around time for to go orders. There are restrooms in this establishment.
