Stopped by when they were opening the store. The store itself was ok, it use to be other restaurants here so I was familiar with the place. The kitchen is a rather small area and the dining so the bbq/smoke pit sits in the parking lot in front of the store. Everything smelt great walking past it. The cook at the pit was friendly. The cashier/host lady spent most of her time on her phone. Alot of items were not ready or available, I guess because it was so early. I got a 3 meat plate, which by comparison is more expensive than Podnuh, comparable to Shane’s pricing. Portion wise, perhaps a little more than those two restaurants. I ordered sausage, brisket, ribs, Mac & cheese, and beans. As they put the food together, I watched them heat my order up in the microwave. So, needless to say, the brisket & ribs on top were dried out. The ribs had good flavor & were still tender but the seasoning was so thick that you could taste the grittiness of it. The sausage was ok. The Mac & cheese was a bit flavorless imo. It was sitting in what appeared to be water, but definitely needed some salt & pepper. The beans were solid, not the best i have ever had but good. Best part of the order, flavorwise, the beans & the ribs (if you like that gritty taste). I said I would try again but for something else on their menu as they did have alot to offer.

Everything about this restaurant is worth the trip. Kimberly’s customer service 5 stars. Ribs truly don’t need and I didn’t use any sauce. My photo below of Stuffed Chicken Breast is massive and WAS DELICIOUS. First business I ever rated with so many stars. RUN DON’T WALK to HHog HHeaven! One of the best restaurants in S’port /Bossier.

now THIS is a BBQ joint! The food is amazing, and the owner is incredibly friendly. They will make sure you get fed well! Their crazy turkey legs are huge! (Not to mention delicious.) The meat is tender, and the sauce is amazing.

The best barbecue in shreveport! Good food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. When you walk in, you can smell how good the food is! They treat you like family, and the owner will go out of his way to speak with you and make you feel welcome. The smoked chicken is amazing, the ribs have a lot of flavor and the deep fried brisket burrito is phenomenal! If you love barbecue, you have to come try this place!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Stoped I for lunch today and it was amazing. The brisket was tender and well-flavored. The ribs were fantastic. Service was fast and nice. The Mac and cheese was off the chain. We will be putting this on our regular rotation. Food made with love and you can tell!

Awesome little BBQ stop. We did curbside order. Menu is on their FB page and it can change slightly each day. $8 Saturday was convenient. The ribs were good and my boys enjoyed the burgers. But the fried brisket burrito is absolutely amazing!!! I’ll be stopping there again next time I pass through Shreveport.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now!! And the food is always amazing! No matter what you order, you will enjoy it. The owner and the staff is very friendly and always make sure that, everything is right. My favorite thing to get is, The LAMB CHOPS❗️❗️ If y’all come here, YOU GOT TO TRY THE LAMB CHOPS!! They so Good! Soon you take a bite of the lamb chops, you gone wish you could throw it up, just so you can eat it again . Them lamb chops so good, you gone want to carry them on your taxes❗️❗️ They are smoked to perfection. And there’s flavors, thru every bite. You gotta try them, Along with the BBQ as well. I highly recommend this place. 9/10
