The biggest disaster since the Hindenburg. I can grow a full beard from the time I order to when I get my food. When I eat a hey cow burger, not only does a part of my small intestine die, but a piece of my soul does as well.

Not sure what is wrong with this place but I don’t see why it can be so bad when there’s so many people working there and it’s burgers and fries being made. I got the bean burger, which was very flavorful but flat and the bun was atrocious, tasted similar to a MacDonald’s bun that has been sitting for hours. Plus there were no condiments on it. The fries were also cold and flat and my friend’s fries had spices dumped in there so much that they tasted awful. Further, there’s no lids to drink out of your cup with, the shakes are made in styrofoam cups with no lid?? One thing is that the burgers did taste good but were lukewarm. Service is also extremely slow, waited forever for two orders and the workers are rude. Train better, please!

The food, if you care to wait the hour or more to get it is alright. This is mostly due to the fact that it is cold. The fries take forever to cook so it slows everything down to a crawl at best, at worst its complete chaos with people demanding their orders. The set up in the back is terrible because they can’t make fries fast enough to cover their orders. Its a complete mess.

This place is horrible, not just the food but the staff!! Food is always cold and takes awhile, the vibe and atmosphere that they give here is very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend. The managers and supervision team need to do better with this store smh.

Burgers taste great! Fries aren’t amazing. But they make up for it with the shakes. I think they could improve how fast they get the food out, but personally I think it’s worth the wait.
