There’s no gratuity, it’s more like an Anderson’s style (walk up to the counter, order, and sit inside or on the patio). The owner, Brad, is a creative genius — always experimenting with, and augmenting the dessert menu. Although launching in 2016, and getting slammed with the Covid insanity shortly after, he somehow managed to weather the storm. This establishment is a serious and valuable addition to the Buffalo culinary diversity, and we’re all blessed to have such a wonderful dessert destination in the Italian Village!

This is one of those places you visit by chance and spend the next two days wanting to return. I loved the specialty poutine especially those first 5-10 bites on top. It was delicious heaven. It cost $12 for a large poutine and $10 for a small. You can get a bowl of fries for $5-7 depending on size and there are easy enough to share with 1-2 more people especially kids.

Canada’s greatest dish translated for the states. Delicious dishes and a great take on this unique dish. Good portions. Great taste. Will go back when next in the area.

This was our first experience at Poutine and Cream and it was takeout using the online ordering. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was tasty, although it most likely was a frozen patty and there were a lot of fries. The online system doesn’t allow you to upgrade the fries to include poutine or add gravy on the side so I had to purchase another order of fries to try the poutine, which is too much and ended up throwing the fries with the meal in the garbage. I also didn’t have any options to modify the toppings on the sandwich.

Cool spot right on Hertel with lots of fun ice cream combinations and milkshakes. I love the donut ice cream sandwiches. You might not find a spot to sit but the treats are delicious. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoy every visit.

Poutine was so salty! Dang what a shame! Traveled over a thousand miles from Florida waiting to eat here again for salty poutine. Flavor was solid, but go easy on the salt friends.

My grandson wanted a milkshake. This was my first ever visit and it was just over the top. My little guy was sooo excited having a milkshake with a cupcake, whipped cream, and sprinkles on top His smile and excitement was beyond satisfying. Oh and the burger was a hand packed paradise.

Yummy! Very good poutine here! I got the baked potato poutine that included fries, cheese, bacon, sour cream and green onions. My only complaint is that it was very salty, so make sure to get a drink!
