First time there last night. Worst service ever!! I know they were busy for taco Tuesday, but couldn’t even get their attention to get anything. Waiter and waitress extremely rude! Needed more chips, since we ordered cheese dip, never got any. I asked for more salsa and a beer. I ate my last taco with no salsa. Then he brings me a beer 15 minutes later after I’m done eating and ready to leave. I told him to keep it. MIGHT go back another time to give them another chance. Staff needs to work on their personalities!!

Some of the best tamales I have in a while! The tacos are great as well. My wife had a house specialty and she enjoyed it as well! Great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt.

Eh. Not the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had but definitely not great. My food was all warm at best and the cheese dip was maybe room temperature. We were the only people in the restaurant but it wasn’t at all welcoming or particularly friendly. We had never been there before so we didn’t know where to pay. There is a register by the door that we didn’t see when we came in. The guy took our plates and then just disappeared. My husband finally wandered around until he saw him and asked where to pay. He never gave us a check or anything. Just awkward and uncomfortable.

A great hidden treasure in Excelcior Springs. They have an outstanding salsa. The tacos are great. I can’t say that I’ve had any other meal than tacos. What I have noticed, is the consistency of quality & taste of food. It doesn’t waver- was good the 1st visit, & has been good every time. Save room for the fried ice cream- cuz, they got a good 1. Please- treat yourself & others to this little gem.

We ordered from here for lunch before work. They gave us the wrong fajitas (3 orders) When I called they didn’t really apologize or try to make it right. The fajitas where pretty much just onion and peppers. Barely any meat at all. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

We were the only customers in the place. The waiter took our drink and food order and came back a few minutes with our order. He never came back to the table due to having more interest in visiting with the kitchen employees. The fajitas were almost all cooked green peppers with very small amount of onions, red pepper and meat. The place wasn’t very clean and the ceiling fans were heavily covered in lint, dust and grease residue.

We really enjoyed this Mexican restaurant and will definitely come again. The Huevos Ranchero was great as well as the Enchiladas Suiza. Due to CORONAVIRUS,the four of us each had our own bowl of salsa. Staff is very friendly and funny.

This is our favorite place for Mexican food. If you are tired of the same old bland food you will find good tasting fare here. Very friendly staff and great service along with good portions and prices make this our go to place at least once a week for Mexican food. If you are having a party or celebration, your group can all drink and dine together in a separate dining room.
