Love Hero Haven! Randomly stopped in one day two weeks ago and have been back twice since. Heros are absolutely amazing, prices are super reasonable, and the staff is SO nice! I’ve been telling everyone about this place – if you’re wondering if you should give them a chance, stop wondering! Just go! I can’t imagine you’d be disappointed.

Always worth the trip from N. Shirley. The heros are generously stacked with meat .My favorite is the Italian Stallion I’ve been a customer since they opened. If I’m going to the beach or fishing I always get my sandwiches here. The owner is friendly and always treats you as a friend. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

Ordered an American with extra turkey instead of roast beef was overcharged for my sandwich and under portioned, sub had more ham on it then anything called to get it fixed and i was told i was wrong and that everything is portioned correctly

A little on the higher end when it comes to pricing on the drinks; but, it’s a price I’m certainly willing to pay when it comes to the quality provided. The rainbow cookies were fantastic with tea, but for someone who isn’t as sugar-sweet loving person as I am, their more subtle sweetness would definitely stand on their own.

Very good food, but place was dead and it took nearly 30 minutes for my sandwich, it was difficult to not be insulted by how slowly they were moving around the kitchen and I could see another customer who waited 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese noticeably annoyed.

Overpriced. Compared two other Italian catering places in the area that are cheaper than hero haven and that have better food. They gave us chicken tenders instead of boneless chicken wings and they said that’s their chicken wings when we called to complain. They charged me for full trays when I ordered half trays. We used to go here all the time and the food was good and the owner was nice. I never see him anymore and there’s nobody ever in there anymore. Looks like the place lost a lot of business. Sooo understaffed. It’s no wonder they have gone so downhill Never going back.
