I had the Signature Burger. It was a good burger. I also has a chicken parm burger. It was served piping hot. It was decent. Good fries. Poutine was great (highly recommend). Limited selection of beer. Not a large place but it has a lot of seating including patio seating. Friendly staff.

My family ordered food from there which looked good but looks can be deceiving. One burger was had toppings I requested not to have. The WORST and most DISGUSTING part was the HAIR in the fish sandwich. I will never get food from this place again.

I just came back from Montreal and had poutine at about 10 different places and I will say Hero Burger was just as good if not better than most of the places I went. Yes, I know Hero is a Canadian chain in Toronto etc. They just have to be careful not to melt the cheese curds, because contrary to popular belief, the cheese curds should be squeaky and unmelted. Also, they should be much bigger, but the flavor is good enough. Definitely the best poutine in NYC and would be even better if they used larger Quebec curds.

Working in the area I stopped in to get a double cheeseburger and fries. Honestly not happy about the price, but the meat was so delicious my mouth still waters when I think about it. The only burger I ever had that was better than this was a bison burger.

This place is unequipped with minimum requirement like a lid for your soda cup. When I placed my order, the guy asked me if i wanted a combo which includes fries and drinks along with burger. I said yes and he did not feel the need to mention that they are out of lids for their cups. I get the order, he fills my drink and while handing it to me tells me that we don’t have a lid for the cup. I stared at him blankly not knowing how to respond to this ridiculous situation. I am expected to carry my drink in an open cup while dodging traffic. Such things get you bad reviews. Disappointed by the service!!
