We were recommended to go here months ago and now it has become our at least once a week dinner. The food may take a few minutes to come out but as the sign on the truck says they don’t make fast food they make fresh food as fast as possible. The food is always amazing and well worth the wait as it’s made fresh as you wait. They never skimp on ingredients and make sure you get your moneys worth. The staff is equally amazing and friendly. I would recommend making this your taco truck in Coolidge or where ever you live as they are worth the drive.

I love Hermanos Gueros! Been going to them since they started on the hotdog cart several years ago. They have the best Sonoran dogs, tacos, vampiros and nachos. I really love their birria and cabeza when they happen to have it. The fire roasted salsa on top compliments the food. Customer service is always great as well. The owner really takes pride in the food he serves. If you’re ever in the Coolidge area on the weekends, come check them out.

On our road trip yesterday we stopped at Hermanos Gueros and had a fantastic experience. Food was incredible with amazing flavor! Staff was very kind, and got our food out fast. Highly recommend this spot, next time we pass through this area we will be back!

Hands down the best tacos in Coolidge. Edit: it’s frustrating how delicious the tacos are. I live 45 minutes away and find myself creating excuses to co drive to Coolidge just to eat these tacos. The Adobada on flour are amazing. After years of crawling for tacos these bad boys come in second (sorry Tucson). I will not say where number one is, as it is already a busy low-key spot in Yuma. If you see the orange trailer, stop, it’s well worth it.
