I arrived just as they were about to shut down and the young lady informed me that they only had one pork chop left. I agreed to buy the pork chop basket. This pork chop was fried rock hard and had been sitting for a while. I could not eat it. Very disappointed!!! I took pictures of the $10 basket. My dinner was a sham! I tried to call but their VM is not set up to receive messages. I want my meal replaced or a refund.

Horrible customer service. Online states they close at 8 went in at 7:35 and they stated they wouldn’t be cooking anymore chicken due to closing soon. Called and asked to speak with owner for complaint and still till haven’t received call. Horrible customer service horrible management

Good flavor. Comes with chicken, pickles, jalapeños, fries and bread. Reminds me of the old Rudy’s chicken. Picked up during corona time. They brought it out to the car.

If you like or want UNSEASONED food (unless you pay an EXTRA charge) this is the right place for you! A reasonable person would expect for their food to come seasoned without being charged extra for the seasoning. And, the chicken looked to have been old; maybe it was bad grease because I purchased my food right around the time of opening. Cashier has NO customer service.

The establishment is clean. The chicken, the fries and okra are all cooked throughly. I gave three stars because I can tell the grease is not being changed out as it should be. The young lady with the accent that works the counter is not people friendly at all. She clearly does not know how to great the in-coming customers with a smile or just a friendly greeting at all.

They take too long on your order (under staffed) and then serve you cold food per the dipped in oil french fries (not fried or hot) I was served with three different meals but at the same time. The manager only wanted to replace 1/3 of my meals as if the fries were different. Refund was given and the woman with the very small ponytail sarcastically told me to have a good day after I forewarned other customers who were waiting and of course expecting HOT food. This Henderson Chicken is clearly a franchise that isn’t being properly ran.

I usually hv ok service at this location but not today. They claim to close at 9:30 on Saturday nights but that’s a LIE. I tried to call to preorder no answer so i drive there and the light is on and they are in the restaurant. I tried to open but the door was locked. Instead of the Girl coming to tell me they closed early or something, she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. Wow Really???? and this is supposed to be a Black owned business??? I try to support, I really do but this is what makes me go the other folks. And another thing, Customer Service should be number #1. Greet the customers as they come in, smile, say hello. The front staff in particular the females are not very friendly. They have never been rude but just not friendly, no smiling, no greeting, they look like they want to be elsewhere. The food is good except the French fries are sometimes not very hot and that’s an issue they need to solve, nobody likes lukewarm fries. The fries should be so hot, you can barely touch them, besides this the food is good. The Customer Service needs to pick up to match the quality of the food. 11.26.22 9:05 pm
