Everyone questioned why I wanted to drive 1 hr 30 min to Boulder UT for dinner… glad we didn’t listen! Maybe one of the best meals and dining experiences I’ve ever had! Owners, bartender and Nick, our waiter were so incrediblely nice ! A once in a lifetime memory for our family! Thank you so much!

HIGHLY suggest eating here. My partner and I had a great night, the service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and it’s a great spot for a night out. The food was all very hearty and healthy, locally grown produce from the surrounding farms made this night into a unique experience.

The food was excellent. Spicy margarita was the best one I had in months. The bison steak was on point and the cookie was the perfect sweet end to a delightful meal. Service was friendly, although it took 20+ minutes for another drink and had to ask twice. Totally worth going, but be prepared that it is pricey.

Food is as usual, amazing! A bit of a change though..you need reservations with a deposit. You don’t want to miss this! Also closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The cocktails are superb as well.

This continues to be the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It feels like being on a magical world, and the food is flawless. We planned our entire anniversary this year around eating here and were not disappointed.

We were in the Capitol Reef area and wanted to make the ~1hr. long drive to the restaurant. Food and drinks were fresh and delicious. We sat outside – both the weather and ambiance was perfect. Cover up if you don’t want to get bit by mosquitoes though. Blake, the owner, was very kind and walked around to each table thanking us for dining with them and gave some great recommendations. Big community feel amongst staff and patrons. Careful driving back at night! Black cows and deer all over the road back to Torrey.

I order ‘award winning’ Salad and my husband order one of main dish, main dish was good( pretty and tasty). I add Tofu( extra $7) to salad but green came like garnish not like normal salad at all. I could count green leaves, I never had salad like this. We told them to share salad that they made 2plates but even though amount of salad wasn’t like salad. I took picture of ‘Award winning salad on the cook book’ they selling at the restaurant. I was so disappointed it.

Every thing you read & heard becomes real at this requisite dining establishment. Hard to get there but worth the trouble & efforts for a reservation. Food is most unique in the whole of Utah & maybe the western United States.

This place is TOP TIER. My friend and I had a hard time deciding what we wanted to eat, so we got an array of drinks, small plates, and entrees that were all delicious and amazing and food I still dream about. The hostess was incredibly sweet, and the server was amazing. Was really cool to see one of the owners walking around and running food, checking in with tables, and overall just exuding friendliness and expertise. I very much enjoyed our experience here, and we’ll have to be back soon!
