Hello Em is a coffee shop with an in house air roaster. We specialize in Vietnamese green coffee beans imported directly from our family farm in Vietnam and is located in the Little Saigon Creative space. Em in hello em takes on multiples forms in the Vietnamese language. A term of familiarity, endearment, comfort and seduction. Used to refer to someone of a younger age and always flattering. Let me entice you with my cà phê em.

Hello Em is the best Vietnamese coffee shop I’ve ever been to, offering both authentic Vietnamese coffee and a welcoming environment. The espresso is incredible, even by Seattle standards. I highly recommend trying some of the Vietnamese drinks instead of the typical American ones, because you won’t be disappointed.

A great cafe offering vietnamese coffee and banh mi. The coffee is great, and they have a vast menu that will cater to all tastes. I recommend anything with an egg cloud or cream as that would be the specialty here.

So thrilled to see a cafe like this pop up and hope to see more locations open in the future. Great strong cup for viet coffee with enough options to keep it interesting. Very busy on the weekends which is expected for a unique place like this. The mochi cloud with the fresh fruit inside, so soft, creamy and delicious. For the non-coffee drinkers, the teas are great. Wonderful staff, quick service and prideful decor in a modern, warehouse space.

Very unique options here. The cà phê chuôi was very tasty. Also tried two of the banh mi sandwiches. I liked the an sang better than the nem nuong. Beware both sandwiches had jalapeños!

This cafe became a quick favorite of mine! I loved the interior and the staff helped us pick out drinks. The drinks themselves are delicious and some of their specialty drinks are really creative. Who would think I’d like bananas and peanuts on a coffee drink, but I was a huge fan. I recommend the cà phê chuói if you’re feeling adventurous!

A cool and very different coffee house. The different drinks are very unique not ones you would find in any other coffee house. The decor is interesting and you can spend a bit of time looking at all the interesting things in this coffee shop. We didn’t get any food but there were some good looking food options available as well.

Absolutely adorable cafe and coworking space. I had the ca phe cream brulee, which was knock-out delicious. Having lived in Vietnam for seven years, this was a delight to visit and transported me to the place I loved to call home for so long. The only thing is the neighborhood. I can’t wait for Seattle to clean up the international district. Drug addicts littered the streets, really bringing down the area on my visit.
