I celebrated my birthday dinner over the weekend at Heirloom Kitchen located inside of the Hilton Rockwall. Zach the manager made sure everything was set up with perfection. The entire management staff and server was extremely nice. The food was awesome. My guest was please with everything. Very quiet and intimate eatery. We sat bar side which overlooked the water. Because of the recent storm they were out of alot of things. Our waitress was wonderful and apologetic and comped one of our meals! Speaking of meals the food was great. I had a turkey club (it had a fried egg on top plus avocado) husband had the smash burger which he said was the 2nd best burger he ever had. We finished it off with the tres leches cake. Wonderful!

Certainly one of the better breakfast buffets in the area. You can order off the menu but the buffet includes custom grill orders so not sure why anyone would.
