As I am writing this through the eyes of a food coma, Chef Tony is back open for dine in and take out at Heights Catering. I don’t know how improvement can be done on perfection, but it happened. This old war horse was having a glum day and I was brought back to life. The food is unmatched. We ordered a plethora of their meats and it was enough to serve maybe four people, but serves one if I’m eatin’ it.

Don’t even think my photos do this justice. Heights catering aka Tony Lemus is amazing. I was absolutely thrilled when he said he was going to open back up for the summer. Has a few new menu items like the brisket {I would call them burnt ends } and the chicken breasts. I really remember his food being super good. Tony, has upped his game. It’s even better now. He has tweeked something and oh dear lord, his food was beyond amazing.

Great BBQ! The ribs have the right amount of seasoning & smoke, and are fall off the bone tender. The BBQ sauce is just the right amount of sweet & tangy, but the ribs are great with or without the sauce. The tri-tip sandwiches are amazing too. Good amount of tasty tri-tip on an amazing roll. Soft on the inside, and holds up well to the sandwich. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.

I absolutely love these guys! We asked them to do a spaghetti bar for us for our wedding service for 50 ppl. Planning a wedding was so stressful but I 100% did not have to worry about Heights following through. They were so professional and were really on top of everything and so accommodating! I super appreciated them. Another thing to note was that during the wedding there was a stall because we forgot to get plate for everyone, so dinner was delayed for like 30 mins. Remember how I had the spaghetti bar? Oh man everything was PERFECT!!! You would think holding noodles for 50 ppl and extra 30 mins would result in soggy noodles but NOPE! I dont quite know how they held it but they did. The pasta and noodles came out PERFECTLY! EVERYONE enjoyed their meals. Thank you so much Heights! Seriously thank you!!!!

Chef Tony and his crew were amazing ! Jamie made the whole process very easy and was in constant communication making sure I had no questions or concerns and when I did she addressed them, the whole experience was seamless !
